Sorry for the late reply, I was writing my 1st semester exams...

Gaara again focuses his chakra long and hard... After this, he then changes the chakra into Lightning chakra... Gaara then channels it to his hand, and he had done earlier, he created a crackling lightning energy around his hand, but this time, he manipulated the chidori into a long spear which can then split into multiple tendrils...

It is different from the regular chidori in that it can reach mid range unlike the order which is short range
Its advantage is that it is long range, and it can be used on multiple opponents.

Focusing chakra in his core, Gaara then thought about the raging thunder to change it into Raiton chakra... Immediately after this, Gaara then channels the chakra throughout his body and then releases it. As he releases it, he manipulated it to form a vortex around him which forms a head of a dragon.

Description: After doing the Rabbit → Rat → Horse → Ram hand seals, the user will slam his hand on the ground and release into it a massive amounts of lightning chakra which will then pool beneath his opponent before releasing itself into a gigantic column of lightning which shocks anything caught above it. The technique can affect a bigger or smaller area depending on the users will.

After focusing chakra in his pool of chakra for a long period of time, Gaara felt it was enough and he then changed it into Raiton chakra. On changing it into Raiton chakra, Gaara weaved the Rabbit - Rat - Horse - Ram handseal. He then slammed his hand into the ground, channeling the chakra through his hands and releasing a ton into the ground. This forms a pool under the clone and then forms a column which then shocks the clone to death.

"The very first S-rank Raiton technique is powerful, fast, and all around, one of the best standard techniques in existence. After performing the Snake hand seal, you'll fire a lightning spear from either your hands or mouth. This has such high piercing potential, it can punch through any earth technique like nothing. It's incredibly fast and difficult to evade. In fact, you would need really strong wind techniques or equal ranked Raiton to even stop this."

Descripton: The user, after performing the Snake hand seal, emits lightning in the shape of a spear from their hands or mouth which then pierces the enemy. Kakuzu, the original user, shoots the technique from his Lightning mask's mouth. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies by branching the main spear. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.

"The second jutsu is the Raikiri, Kakashi Hatake's signature technique. It's legendary for its usage and feared for its strength. I shouldn't really have to explain it to you; other than the fact that it's a Chidori with more chakra control required, and higher strength and power in general."

Description: The Lightning Cutter is an enhanced and concentrated form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks that is done performing the Ox → Rabbit → Monkey hand seals. According to Might Guy, it gained its name after Kakashi split a bolt of lightning with it. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Cutter requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is much more focused. Kakashi has shown different ways of forming and using the Lightning Cutter, unique to him. For example, he demonstrated the ability to imbue a projectile weapon, such as a kunai, with his Lightning Cutter, granting the technique long-range capabilities by throwing the kunai towards his target. In this instance, the kunai was capable of piercing through multiple large rocks with ease, without any loss of momentum or change in trajectory.
Note: Kakashi biographies can use the technique without hand seals.
Note: Only Kakashi biographies can apply the technique to a kunai and use it as a projectile attack.

Gaara focuses chakra in his core... After doing this, he changes the chakra into raiton chakra. Gaara then makes the snake handseal as he channels the raiton chakra through his mouth and emits it manipulating it into a compressed spear which he shoots at the opponent.

Gaara then channels it to his hands, and with chakra control, he begins to carefully manipulate the chakra into something like a chidori he had done earlier. He compressed all the chakra, and after he had done that, he splits it in both hands and attacked the opponent releasing the lightning into him

"Alright, these two techniques are Chidori variants. Simple and effective, but quite versatile nonetheless. For such moves, forming the chidori doesn't count as a move, so be aware of that."

"For this first one, form a chidori and point your palm forward; the one where you formed the Chidori. Release the chakra in a blast of lightning. The formation of the angle is enough to create a spreading attack that pushes forward. Fast and efficient; it can tear through any Earth technique, and serve as a lethal offensive attack."

Descripton: The user will channel lightning chakra into his hand, covering it with a massive chidori. The user will then point his palm forwards, unleashing that chakra, creating a massive 120º blast of lightning that spreads from his hand, outwards and forward towards the enemy.

"Last, but certainly not least, the final Raiton technique I can teach you has you forming a Chidori and running up to your opponent-in case, my clone. Strike him, and once you do, apply your shape manipulation to extend your chidori into a long lightning spear that impales and pushes him. The tip of the spear will explode, just to add more injury to injury."

Description:The user starts off by dashing at his opponent with a Chidori in his hand. As they strikes his opponent, they uses shape manipulation to extend the Chidori into a lightning spear that impales and hurtles the opponent into the air. The user then increases the potency of the lightning, generating a powerful electric explosion at the end of the spear and sending the enemy back to the ground.
Note: Only the spear extention can reach up to mid range.

First, Gaara begins to muster chakra... After doing that, he then changes them into Raiton chakra. He then formed the chidori as he had done earlier (flowed the chakra to his hands and manipulated it into a chidori). After this, Gaara pointed his palm forward as he releases the chidori as a blast, shooting the blast at the target his sensei had said...

Gaara again started to muster chakra as he had done. After this, Gaara then changes it into raiton chakra and channels it to his hands. He then forms a chidori. Gaara then dashes towards the clone, and as he hit him, manipulated it into a sphere and made it impale the clone with the tip exploding...

(Saved the best for last xD)

"You'll like this last one." he said.

Molding Katon chakra in his mouth and performing a single handseal, Souji opened his mouth and applied shape manipulation to turn the fire building up into dragon-shaped fireballs. Looking up towards to the sky, he spewed out these fireballs, which caused the otherwise clear skies to begin to get cloudy due to the extreme heat. The alteration of the local weather meant only one thing...

Note: Can only be used once per battle.
Note: In the turn before the use of Kirin, the user must have used at least a B-Rank, Long Range Fire (Katon) technique directed at the sky.
Note: User needs to post Chidori, meaning that in the turn Kirin is used, the user spends 2 moves.

As the thunderclouds had formed, Gaara begins to focus his chakra and also changing it into Raiton chakra. He then channels the chakra all the way to his hands and as he had done before, raising his hands to the sky, he created a chidori. Carefully using shape and nature manipulation, he used the chidori to control the lightning making it strike a hill which is long range to them... The hill becomes totally obliterated.

Impressive as always. The battlefield was leveled due to the high level jutsus used... residual energy crackled from the remaining static.
