Performing the technique: Gaara focuses his chakra in his core. After this, he changes his chakra into Raiton chakra simply with the thought of lightning. He then emits the chakra while at the same time using shape manipulation to manipulate the chakra into an identical clone of himself. How would you use the technique in battle: For me, I would use Gaara's Hands of sand, a hand that holds the opponent and immobilizes him and then the clone can walk to him. If I'm not using my Gaara bio, then Genjutsu : Bringer of darkness to blind the opponent. How to defend from the technique: The thing about the clone is that it must not touch you. So, it can be pushed back with Wind Style : Pressure damage and I believe this technique should also disperse the clone Do you like anything about the technique: Yea.. Considering the fact that you are making a clone that can use up to B Rank techniques, it costs little chakra Questions about the technique: How many turns does it last?
To answer your question, the clones last as long as you need them to, until they're defeated by a jutsu.
Alright, so my training is a little different. I like integrating character development and actual RP into it, so I hope you'll play along. I focus on understanding the jutsu and performing it with details. Whenever possible, I want you to also provide images, whether found on the internet or otherwise, to get a better visualization of jutsus.
So basically, you just have to do three things:
- Perform the Jutsu in an RP way
- Give me your opinion of the jutsu (adv, disadv, etc. won't be expecting wallies but just important points) and a picture, if possible
- Ask me questions about the tech (usage in the RP, etc.); this is optional.

"So, let's get down to business. The first technique we'll go over here is pretty simple. Use a sword; if you don't have one, grab one from the equipment bags. When you've got a good grip on it, channel your Raiton chakra through it, coating it in an aura of sorts. This increases the vibrating frequency of the blade, giving a vibrating sensation to the feel of the blade. It also increases the power of your kenjutsu techniques, and cuts things pretty well."

Description: By Performing the ram hand seal the user will manipulate their chakra and they then raise their hand to the sky and an electrical discharge is triggered shocking the target.
Performing the technique: Gaara grabs a sword from the equipment bag. Then focusing chakra in his core, he thought about the lightning to change it into Raiton chakra. Gaara then channels his chakra through his hands into the sword while manipulating the chakra so it would coat the sword in aura. Gaara then steps forward and causes the sword with ease as the vibrating frequency of the sword has been increased. Opinion: I'd say this technique is good for a person that has mastered genjutsu. But I don't like short range jutsus Perform: Gaara again focuses his chakra and quickly thought about the raging thunder to change it into Raiton chakra. After this, he manipulates his chakra as he channels it through his hands. Raising his hands and sending an electric discharge, he triggers lightning and it shocks the opponent on point. Opinion: This is a nice technique as it can work in any range and its almost unstoppable.
But, I tried using a similar technique on a person with a byakugan. They can see you sending lightning discharge... So, they attack you before you finish sending the discharge.

"Alright, so for this one, you'll use large Shurikens, the windmill variant, and channel your Raiton chakra through them. Throw them at one of my clones and pin them down against an environmental obstacle like a tree or rock. These shurikens are connected to you via a lightning tether, which allows you to send an electrical current through the shuriken and into your target, paralyzing them."
"This numbs your target, leaving them incredibly vulnerable. Now, for this exercise, I want you to give me examples of follow-up jutsus you'd use as a combination once your target is paralyzed."

"After that, release a current of purple lightning from your hands in a frontal direction towards my second clone. This can knock back enemies, but note its short range. This is good for pushing away Taijutsu or Kenjutsu users who may get up too close and personal."

Description: The user releases a current of purplish lightning from their hands forward, damaging and knocking away enemies. The range of this technique is, however, limited.
Performing the technique: Bringing out 2 large shirukens as he starts to focus a considerable amount of his chakra, Gaara starts to think about lightning to change the chakra to Raiton, Gaara then sends the shiruken to one of the clones, pinning him to a tree while connected through a tether as he sends electrical energy, paralizing his opponent. Opinion: My opinion is that this jutsu is limited. First of all, its rare before shirukens catch ninjas these days... And the big ones??? It might never hit. Then even if it hits, you have to trigger the electricity, giving a fast opponent time to get out of the situation
Perform the technique: Again, as he starts to build up chakra in his core until he was satisfied, and thinking about lightning to change it to raiton, Gaara channels the chakra all the way to his hands and as he releases it, he manipulates it into a purplish lightning extending from his hands which pushes back the second clone who was in short range as well as shocking him. Opinion: It would have been a very nice and even OP if used very well, but the range is mehn.

Description:
An advanced futon technique that is used to trap a victim
inside a virtually inescapable sphere of air. The user sends
chakra into the air around the opponent(s). Then, the
user preforms two hand-seals and causes the air around
the opponent/opponents to compress around them,
binding them encase them in a near-invisible spherical
prison of wind trapping them and restricting their
movements. Once trapped the target is unable to move
while within it due to the density of the air. Because of the
density of the air it can be used, to a limited extent, for
defensive purposes if performed on oneself. While active,
the user cant preform any hand-seals. The technique last
1 turn maximum and user must wait two turns before
each use.
Note: Can use a max of 3 times

"I want you to mold your Raiton chakra and generate high level Raiton... plasma. This creates a barrier around you that can protect you from certain jutsus. This surrounds you, and it can even be used offensively to attack enemies while you're coated in it, like a supercharged tackle! The jutsu lasts a certain amount of turns, but if you want to stop using it, simply discharge the electricity as a wave in the direction you want. For this exercise, tackle my clone while you have the jutsu active, and finish him off by discharging the wave immediately afterwards."

( Raiton: Purazuma Bōru ) - Lightning Release: Plasma Ball

Description: The user manipulating their chakra generates a plasma barrier around them to serve as a defence which protects them from incoming attacks, even from something as wide-ranged as the Quicksand Waterfall Flow. However the user cannot use other techniques besides lightning release or physical based techniques while sustaining the technique. The user can rush at their opponents even if the barrier is active and use it to ram against them. The shield can be used offensively, by discharging the electricity in the direction of their choice in a wave resulting in using the energy of the barrier and ending its effects.
Note: Technique remains active for 3 turns.
"And finally, the last B-rank jutsu has you forming an orb of Raiton in your hands, and releasing it upward into the air. The orb will remain in the air for a bit, then fire continuous lightning bolts that can hit enemies in a mid-range radius. It's a delayed release jutsu, but only within the turn of using it. What I would do is use this as a first jutsu, and attack with others in order to trap and hurt them, and the lightning bolts will strike later, making it an unexpected finisher."

Description: The user manipulates their lightning chakra condensing into a orb of chakra and then releasing it into the air. The lightning orb will then remain in the air for several seconds releasing a continous rain of lightning bolts shocking any enemy within the radius of the attack.
Note: Lasts only the turn in which its used.
Perform: First, Gaara molds chakra in his body. Changing it into Raiton chakra, he then emits it from his body. While emiting, he manipulates it into a plasma which sorrounded him. Gaara then moves towards the clone, discharging it as a lightning wave which shocks the clone. Opinion: Its a very good technique. Will be good against Taijutsu users

Perform: First, Gaara focuses his chakra in his core. He then converts his chakra into Raiton chakra. After this, Gaara then channels his chakra to his hands and releases it while manipulating it into an orb which he releases into the air. The orbs wait in air and then fires lightning arrows which impales the opponent. Opinion: Its a very good technique if it can be timed perfectly.
I'll use this technique first, and then with the good timing just before it fires, I'll use Wind Release: Wind gale technique. The reason being that lightning can phase through fire which will be used to counter the wind technique.
"The first A-rank has you performing the Monkey, Ox, Boar, and Tiger handseals. By releasing Electrical discharges, you then use shape manipulation to form lightning disks that you can then throw at an opponent. They're pretty fast and can destroy even the most powerful Earth obstacles or constructs."

Description: The user must first perform the following sequence of hand seals Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey and they will then focus lightning chakra into their hand to create a lightning jutsu that is concentrated in the user's palm and thrusted toward the opponent at high speed. The lightning in the user's palm sounds like birds chirping, hence the name, and allows the user to perform high grade cutting damage or high penetration piercing thrusts.
Note: Someone who mastered lightning release can perform chidori with just the Ox hand seal.
Note: Uchiha Sasuke and Kakashi Hatake bios can use the technique without handseals
Perform: First, Gaara focused his chakra long and hard. After this, he converted the chakra into raiton chakra. He then makes the Monkey - Ox - Boar - Tiger handseals. Gaara then releases the chakra while manipulating it into several destructive disks of lightning which he sends at the opponent. Opinion: The speed of the technique will be an advantage. Also, the technique seems strong enough, and can be used to distract while setting up other jutsus.
Perform: First, Gaara focuses his chakra long and hard. After that, he changes the chakra into Raiton chakra. He then performs the Ox - Rabbit - Monkey - Dragon - Rat - Bird - Ox - Snake - Dog - Tiger - Monkey. Gaara then channels lightning jutsu to his hands and then concentrated it in his palm. He then thrusts towards Karin
One good thing about it is that the technique can be used to break through earth technique and you can still continue with it.
But, this technique can't be used for stealth attacks because of its sound. Also, the technique is too short range. You have to run towards the opponent which makes it risky.
"This next technique is the Chidori Nagashi, where you'll surge a Chidori throughout your entire body as an unfocused current that can paralyze enemies in its attack range. Alternatively, you can also channel the Nagashi through a focused conduit like a weapon to increase its range. However, one of the better usages is its ability as a full-body chakra surge, where you can disrupt your chakra system with a running of your own chakra throughout your entire body. This full-body surge can dispel genjutsus cast on you by expelling foreign chakra that's been inserted by an enemy. Note, however, that it can only dispel genjutsus up to one rank lower than the Nagashi itself; a property among full-body surge techniques. So, since this jutsu is an A-rank, it can dispel up to B-rank genjutsus."

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty
"Perform a set of three handseals and place your hand on the ground, creating a large triangular bolt of lightning that cuts through the ground while rushing towards your target. Anything in its path is hit. Some things to note: this travels along the ground as it needs it as a medium to be effective, and it's also a stream type, in which you can control the path of the attack with your chakra. You should know the implications of that."
(Raiton: Ikazuchi Hakai) – Lightning Release: Lightning Destruction

Description: After performing a small sequence of 3 hand seals the user will place their hand on the ground converting their chakra in to lightning. The user then sends an enormous bolt of electricity that cuts through the ground in the direction of the enemy. The shape of the bolt is a triangular with the base in the direction of the user and the tip headed towards the target. It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.
Perform: First, Gaara focuses his chakra long and hard. After this, he then changes it to Raiton chakra. Gaara then begins to send his chakra throughout his body. He then manipulated his chakra into a surge which can affect nearby enemies and dispel up to B Rank genjutsu. Opinion: Its a very good way to dispel gen since it won't hurt you. But apart from dispelling, you might not actually get to use it since it is short range

Perform: Gathering chakra in his core and changing it to Raiton, Gaara immediately weaves 3 handseals and he then bends down while channeling chakra to his hands and releasing it to the ground while manipulating it into a triangular bolt of lightning that races towards the opponent on the ground. Opinion: It is too streamlined and obvious. You can evade by just leaving the ground. A boring technique to me tho.
"This next jutsu is yet ANOTHER Chidori variant. Create a Chidori, once again, and point it at your target. You'll apply your shape manipulation to fire a barrage of senbon-shaped attacks. These are incredibly fast and hard to avoid. Very accurate, too."
(Raiton: Chidori Senbon) - Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds Needle

Description: The user reshapes the Chidori in their hand into the form of countless senbon which are shot with a simple hand movement towards the target. The senbons are extremely precise and have the same numbing and paralyzing effects as Chidori, carrying enormous speed. Because the technique requires no handseals and is done with simple hand movements, its extremely hard to avoid while in short range and quite dangerous to counter due to the precision attacks it can be used to perform.
"And the second one is AT LEAST something different. Concentrate your lightning chakra into your hand and create a 'bubble' of electricity that surrounds it. Compress it and contain its energy. Then, by thrusting your hand forward in a punching motion, you'll release the ball, and upon contact with something, it will expand and explode in a massive lightning explosion."
"Try it on that tree over there; you should be able to burn it to a crisp."

(Raiton: Sanda Appu) – Lightning Release: Thunder Up

Description: The user concentrates a lot of lightning chakra into their hand, compressing it into a ball of lightning energy. The user can then hurl it at the enemy or trust it forward in a melee attack. Once the ball hits the target, it expands into a massive lightning explosion.
Perform: Gaara again stands with face blank... He then begins to focus chakra long and hard until he had focused enough. He then changes it into Raiton and then channels it to his hands. He then releases the chakra and as he releases, he manipulated it into Senbon shaped attack which travels fast Opinion: The attack is a very nice attack. However, it can be avoided by simply launching oneself in the air or to long range. It comes in handy though

After focusing his chakra long and hard, Gaara then thinks about the lightning to change it to Raiton.. After this, he then channels a lot of the chakra to his hand. The chakra was so much it compressed. This then forms a lightning energy ball from compressed Raiton chakra. He then thrusts his hands forward and released it at a tree midrange. On hitting the tree, there was an explosion and the tree burnt... Opinion: A very nice move. Its a technique that doesn't leave you open ater using it.
"Great, another Chidori variant... the sharp spear. Create a Chidori in your hands and use shape manipulation to form a blade that can reach up to 10 meters. This blade can split apart into multiple blades, and you use it much like a sword, and almost has a solid feeling, much like a tangible object."

(Raiton: Chidori Eiso) - Lightning Release Chidori Sharp Spear

Description: The user increases the range of their Chidori by using form manipulation to extend it into a blade up to 10 meters in length. This blade is capable of splitting into multiple additional blades upon contact with an enemy, drastically increasing the number of wounds it can inflict. Like other Chidori-related techniques, this jutsu will numb its target upon contact but unlike others, seems to focus more on having a cutting power, like a katana, than a piercing one. Because of its cutting abilities, it often seems to manifest a certain "solidity"; a tangible aspect.
"Channel your Raiton chakra throughout your body and release it into your surroundings. Use shape manipulation to form a vortex of electrical currents around you like a tornado. It's like one of those long Chinese Dragons that wraps around you, as a visual reference point. This dragon can then shoot forward in front of you. Even if the opponent manages to dodge, the lightning can jump from the vortex and shock, giving it a nice area of effect property."

Description: The user forms a whirling vortex of electricity around themselves. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon’s head and will grow to then shoot forward and cover the area in front of them. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target.
