Alright.
And you keep saying these techniques are weird, but I find them well-explained and cool. o.o Well, with the first one, it is basically an "eruption". But with water. As the raindrop hits the ground and makes an impact, it will shoot up into a spike, reversing it's momentum from down to up as soon as it hits the ground. Now I don't think that's how it actually works, I think it works by the user mani0ulating their chakra inside the raindrop to do that, but that was the easiest way to explain it.
Question, can this be done with more than one raindrop, or just one? As the technique explains, it seems to be more than one.
Okay. A simple technique. You gather the water and falling water from the clouds and shape it into a spear that will stay in the sky/clouds for three turns. At any time during those three turns, you'll be able to weave a handseal and cause it to drop down where you made it. While making the spear, the rainfall temporarily stops as most of the water falling and being created is used for the spear. Which leads me to believe it is big and also may indicate something is set in place (an attack). If you do not use it in three turns, it disperses and it releases as regular rain drops.
Question, if you let it disperse after the three turns, does it still take your chakra? I assume yes, since it took chakra to make, but just double checking, since no one would want to spend chakra on something they didn't have to spend chakra on lol.
