Channeling chakra high into the rain clouds, while maintaining focus of the klepto Pein. Before manipulating the built up rain chakra to form a pillar about 4 meters thick, sending it directly down on top of the Pein running away with stolen goods. Attempting to flatten him, while on impact the pillar would dissolve with a shock wave pushing outward hitting anything within range.
