As the description says, this technique is more versatile. You can create rain technique from its entity, which makes it a very useful technique.
Firstly the biggest difference is that it doesn't need any ritual or any handseals to perform this technique. It can be very sneaky.This dragon can swoop down into the battlefield and can act as a clone of sorts, performing rain techniques etc. No time limit.

(Rasen Yari no Kirinonai Kouu) - Endless Rain of the Spiral Spears

Description: An advanced form of the Rain Spear that uses chakra to condense a large amount of rain water into one place to form spears of water in the clouds. The spears can at any time be called down to strike an opponent with only one hand-seal. Unlike its predecessor, these spears are made of constantly moving water that can actually cut an opponent. They also move in a corkscrew pattern that can be slightly manipulated. By widening or sharpening the turns, you can change where the spear will hit mid-technique. The water will stay in the form of spears for a short amount of time (2 turns). Any spears that are not used by that time it will fall uselessly as rain.

Aaalright. It's an advanced form of the rain spear jutsu where you use chakra to condense large amounts of rain water in a particular area. Use the rain chakra to have the water drops converge in that area while using shape manipulation to shape them into multiple spears of water in the clouds. It can be mentally called down to strike the enemy with a single hand seal, and because its constantly moving water, it acts similarly to wind, where it is able to cut an opponent. These spears have a corkscrew pattern, so depending on the size, and angle of the corkscrew pattern, it would shift to one side or the other, thus allowing you to manipulate it mid-technique.

(Kadou Boufuu no Jutsu) - Vortex Storm Technique

Description: A powerful high level jutsu that uses a great deal of chakra to pull down the storm clouds from the sky and place them around the user and enemy. The chakra that pulled down the clouds keeps them moving at high speeds so that neither the user nor enemy can escape. This jutsu in effect doubles the damage done by rain jutsu attacks and makes them more difficult to dodge. When this technique is used, the rain that comes from the clouds falls sideways, down, up, and near every direction, keeping enemies off balance.

This one is interesting. Channel rain chakra into the sky and simply 'pull it down', if you will. The storm clouds cover the battlefield, within mid range of course. It prevents the user, or the enemy, from moving at high speeds.

All rain jutsus, while the clouds are below, are doubled in damage and makes it difficult to dodge because its coming from closer. The rain falls randomly with this jutsu o-o

I channel my rain chakra into the sky, and pull the rain clouds down. I keep pulling them down till they reach several meters above the battlefield, covering it up. Once done, I get ready to use my rain techniques

Description: A powerful ninjutsu that laces the clouds with a large amount of poison elemental chakra to change the structure of the rain. The end result is a storm that does not rain water, but instead rains a powerful acid that can eat through most materials. Unfortunately, skin is not one of those materials. Instead of instantly eating through, it causes skin to instantly blister and slowly dissolve in a most painful way.

Hmm.. This one is powerful. You channel rain chakra to alter the properties of the rain water in such a way that it becomes poisonous. It basically causes it to rain powerful acids that can dissolve strong material, including the skin. It can hurt you as well.
Perform it and tell me how you would use it in such a way that it would not hurt you.

(Touketsu Ame toraidento no Jutsu) - Frozen Rain Trident Technique

Description: An advance version of rain trident where the user bounces the rain into the clouds.The higher up they go the more colder they get until they freeze and come falling down(similar to hail)

Simply analyze this for me.

I start by channelling my chakra into the rain clouds that is already raining. By applying appropriate amount of chakra, I turn the properties of the rain, poisonous. This turns the rain drops acidic, as they melt away most of the objects they come in contact with.

You simply need to manipulate only a certain part of the rain cloud. The ones that are mid-range away from the user.


This is exactly the same technique. Bouncing in the clouds is all drama, just to make the technique into Ice (hail). The user can simply call the technique down where they hit the target similar to hail. Now the question I have is, is it a single drop turning to single piece of hail? Or multiple drops, and like proper hail?

multiple drops of water freezing to create rain tridents that fall down LIKE hail, so it isn't hail, it just falls down like it since y'know.. they're both essentially rainwater that is frozen and whatnot o-o
