Drizzt looked at his new sensei he seemed a bit weird with all those markings though he shouldn't complain after all he is getting training listening to the mans words Drizzt thought on what he said for a moment and started to piece together an answer for the man "Rain is water in droplet form that is caused when atmospheric water condenses enough to be pulled down by gravity rain, release is utilized in two ways one is if there is natural rain surrounding the user and the other is rain created by the user. In the first scenario, the user channels chakra into the already existing rain shaping and manipulating it to their will. In the second version, the user must create the rain via channeling chakra into the sky forming storm clouds and producing rain" Drizzt waited to see if he was correct near to his sensei.

Drizzt Listened to his new sensei, seems that his companions didn't want to volunteer to take the hit of the technique that Drizzt was going to attempt to perform. Drizzt tried to Focus the rain within his hand using the raindrops that are falling from the surrounding rain to begin to form an orb in Drizzt hands. Preparing himself Drizzt fires the orb at the pein causing Drizzt to be fly back a few meters from the impact; the Orb flies at the pein with a small force that makes him go flying into a tree causing him to have fractures around his bones and large bruising around his body; Drizzt was happy he pulled this technique off first time and simply smiled at his sensei "so what is next"

For the first jutsu, send chakra into the rain around and above your target to change the rain's composition into a sticky liquid similar to the Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field jutsu. The rain should cover your target and the ground, holding him in place temporarily. Stop the violence.

Next one is a unique clone technique. Imbue the rain with chakra to create a clone that is actually a reflection of yourself in the rain. Thus, every move you make is done by the clone as well. Since it is only a reflection, it can't touch anything and will disappear after one hit. Try it out.

Now i want you perform a row of handseals and hide within the rain by using chakra to alter your appearance. Like a dynamic version of the Transformation technique, make yourself disappear by camouflaging yourself as falling rain. Of course, touching someone or moving too fast can reveal your presence.

(Secchakuzai no Kouu) - Rain of Glue
Drizzt performed the next justu like instructed as it was already raining they would be no need to for him to make rain so he simply, change the material of the rain making having a sticky adhesive texture similar to the water style starch syrup technique Drizzt already learnt very early on within his life. Changing the material of the rain the rain that now fell onto the peins that was brawling, as they thought their movements would begin to stiffen and harden until they couldn't move and stopped them from engaging into fights with eachother.

(Touei Ame Bushin) - Reflection Rain Clone
Drizzt faced a certain direction and focused on the rain while manipulating the rain to make the rain make a reflection clone of himself, he would begin to shadow box with the clone not aiming to hit him but simply see what his sensei meant and the clone mimicked him in everything he did. This would be a good technique if you needed to escape or fool someone into thinking that the clone was an actual clone.

(Amegakure No Jutsu) - Hidden Rain Technique
Drizzt performed a row of handseals and altered his appearance so that he could mimic the pattern of the rain, this allowed him to be concealed within the rain Drizzt then begin to move around throughout the rain slowly making sure he wouldn't be detected by his sensei but then after a few moment decided to sprint around to see how much it would make his presence known.

Looks like you're catching on quickly. Let's see how long that carries. I want you to focus your chakra into a single raindrop and condense it so it becomes more solid and sharp like a blade. Here's a more impressive one. You need to gather a large amount of rain in the clouds and form it into a spear. The spear remains hidden in the cloud until you form a handseal to bring it down and strike an enemy. However, if the spear is unused for a while it will return to being harmless rain. Give him a gift from above.

If the spear is not used by that time it will fall uselessly as rain. The only warning this technique gives is a second pause in the rain when the water is gathered and condensed.

Drizzt listened to Deva's words and saw the pein sleeping on the floor as the rain landed around him making soft tip tap noises as they landed, focusing his charka into the rain that he created earlier he knew that one of the rain drops was going to land between his crotch area manipulating the rain drop he changed it into a soild blade that landed 1mm away waking him up from scratching his clothing more like a warning to not fall asleep on the job.

(Ame Kasui no jutsu) - Rain Spike Technique
Drizzt saw the pein trying to see his reflection into the water, this made Drizzt pity the pein a little he was that bored instead of training he was trying to see his reflection into the water but his orders was his orders. manipulating the puddle on the ground Drizzt made the puddle be manipulated in a small spike sprout the puddle and impale the pein through his face causing him a lot to get it repaired at the plastic surgeons.

(Ame no Yari) - Rain Spear
Drizzt condensed charka into a certain spot within the clouds allowing the rain to gather pooling together forming a spear, leaving it there to pool for a few moments Drizzt decided to take this time to taught the opponent back making him forget (if he ever knew) that Drizzt was focusing on an attack; making one handseal the rain spear flies down piercing right through him making him regret taunting Drizzt before he died.

Nicely done. Let's clear the C ranks this set. The next technique requires you to focus chakra on your target and use it to draw in surrounding raindrops like a magnet. Once attached to your target, the raindrops will accumulate, growing until the mass of water drops him to the ground and attaches to that as well. Trapped underneath, the target is held down and left vulnerable to attack. Go catch yourself a god.

Description: This technique causes a target of the user's choice to "attract" raindrops. The water in the rain drops will attach themselves over an opponent. Once enough water has gathered over an enemy it will also attach to the ground, holding the user's opponent to the ground.

Now i want you create clones of yourself around raindrops that fall with them. These clones have no physical form so they are harmless and quite fragile, disappearing whenever they touch anything. Thus, they are only useful as a distraction. Try it out.

Description: A jutsu that creates false clones of the user around drops of rain. Every clone is totally harmless and is destroyed by one hit or if they collide with the ground or the enemy. This technique is used as more of a distraction than anything.

Here's a unique jutsu. Focus suiton chakra into your enemy's clothing to make it hold all water that comes into contact with them. Over time their clothes will weigh them down and make moving more difficult. Its best used while rain is falling but isn't limited to just rain. Help him feel the burn.

Unfortunately, this jutsu that does not create water, so it is only useful in a rainy or otherwise wet environment

Drizzt sees the pein that Deva was speaking about focusing his charka Drizzt targets the pein and the rain drops begin to fly at him attracted at like a magnet beginning to form around him and then sticking to the ground making him immobilised in place.

One question on this one how quick do the rain drops cause the opponents to become immobile? like a few seconds, over a few mins?

(Ame Bunshin) - Raining Clones

Drizzt focused his charka again onto the surrounding rain manipulating them making about 9 clones around Drizzt making it seem like he has disspeared into the ground, if he needed to this would be the ideal time to retreat from the situation.

(Gouu no Jutsu) - Heavy Rain Technique

Drizzt sees the pein jogging in the rain why would he be jogging in the rain in the first place if he didn't have to? but anyways Drizzt focuses his charka into the rain drops and when the rain drops hit the pein his cloths would begin to fill with water and becoming slower with each passing moment within the rain making him become slower with each second jogging in the rain before the weight became too much and he couldn't move.

One question on this also, the first part how long would it take for it to reach its full effect? like a full turn? the next part of this question how much does it actually reduce the opponent by? or is they no set limit.

1. Depends on how hard its raining. A heavy downpour would immobilize someone in seconds. A steady rain could take longer, less than a minute definitely.

2. It's like the last one but slower since it doesn't bring water to the victim. A downpour could take full effect within a turn but any less than that may longer. There's no set amount of speed that's lost.

Ok. Now we move on to B ranks. First of all, use your chakra to pull down and condense a portion of the rainclouds above to form a clone of yourself from it. However, it's won't be a perfect copy. While it should have the same shape and color as you, the clone still looks like shifting clouds. Despite that, it is solid enough to take and receive attacks. How about a little match?

Description: A jutsu that creates a clone from the Rain clouds in the sky. The clone resembles the user but keeps the appearance of moving clouds with only the shape and color of the user. Because of this the clouds cannot be used as a distraction. The clones are able to attack and receive attacks.

Next, perform a string of handseals and imbue the rain with your chakra. Then you should be able to gather rain in the form of several rain bullets. The increased weight of the bullets will make them fall at an faster rate and with the same force as large falling rocks. Go crush his dreams.

For this one, after forming a string of handseals, simply hold your hands out in front off you and gather a large amount of rain into the form of a solid wall of water connected to your hands. Obviously it can protect you from attacks but only while your hands stay connected to the wall. As a consequence, you'll also be vulnerable to electrical attacks striking the wall. Defend yourself. The water is dense and difficult to move through, thus protecting the user from most taijutsu attack and fire attacks. Earth based jutsu and Lighting jutsu are highly effective against this technique. The user must keep his hands connected into the wall at all times or the wall will return to its normal state. If struck by electricity it will move through the water and strike the user as well.

(Ame Kumo Bunshin) - Rain Cloud Clone

Drizzt manipulates the surrounding rain and makes it form a near perfect clone of himself matching in him every way expect one big disadvantage the clone would still look like shifting clouds. As the clone sees the pein running towards him; the clone would bend his back backwards and place his hands on the ground using his momentum to perform a sky kick keeping his right leg straight as his foot connected under the peins chin causing him to fly upwards.

(Ame Ame Tama) - Raining Rain Bullets

Drizzt begins to perform a string of handseals and manipulates the rain around him to form solid bullets made of rain, which fell faster then normal rain due to how heavy the bullets making them fall onto of the walking pein not ripping through his flimsy umbrella but also penetrating him also ripping him to shreds by the rain.

(Toku no Ame) - Shield of Rain

Seeing the fire emerge Drizzt quickly performs the handseals and holds his hands outwards pooling the rain together making the water collected dense and difficult to move through. As the fire is oncoming the water wall of rain would block the fire.
