Dean makes his way to the training field, where a young man waits for him. He had to teach him in the ways of Rain Release, which became more and more common these days. Dean had trained at least half the people who had gained the ability in the last year or so. Nonetheless, Dean didn't fret. He enjoyed teaching it to people. He had a bag on his back which contained scrolls and his bottle of Gin.

"Yo, I am Dean Winchester of the Nekura Clan. I will be teaching you Rain. Tell me everything you know about it, how it felt to just use Wind and Water in battle and also, why you like Rain release."

Dean waited for his student, by crossing his arms.

"Oh, also tell me your name..."

how dare you use my font and my colours >_>

hmpf, a Nekura teaching a Gyojin the way of water...What has the world come too? As for rain release, Rain is simply water in the form of droplets that have condensed from atmospheric vapor and then precipitated, become heavy enough to fall under gravity. Rain is a major component of the water cycle and is responsible for depositing most of the fresh water on the Earth. It provides suitable conditions for many types of ecosystems, as well as water for hydroelectric power plants and crop irrigation. Now shinobis, through the use of ninjutsu can use rain release in various ways, i myself possess a technique which allows me to create rain that is linked to my senses, allowing me to pinpoint the location of other peeps in a field.
As for the battle, it was alright i suppose. Water itself is the element i try to use most in battle as i favour it above the others and wind, unfortunatly, is the element that i favour the least z.z The battle was actually the first time i had used a wind technique in my....shinobi career. Though i was not surprised of the outcome of the test...The only one who can beat me is me. As for my name, Aomine Daiki.

So...you want me to make it rain, sensei?

You must be registered for see images

Performing a single handseal, Aomine released his chakra into the atmosphere, and rain began falling from the sky above.

(Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

"Both "make it Rain" attempts are sufficient. Anyway, my training method is as follows. I will explain the technique to you, then I want you to perform it against a clone of mine, give me at least 2 advantages and disadvantages of the technique, and also, how you would use it in battle. If a question comes up, don't be afraid to ask.

Now, for the first technique. Since it already raining, create Rain chakra and focus it to the palms of your hands. You will then gather rain drops to your palms, and mold them together, by forging them into a pressurized orb of Rain. You will then shoot this orb towards the opponent, and if it hits, it would hit the opponent back with blunt force. An overall simple technique, and also easy to use in battle. Use it against my clone, and also add the other stuff."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Aomine.

My apologies for the late reply ;_;

lifting his hands to the chest, Aomine opens them as he faces both palms towards the sky, gathering raindrops in his palms. With multiple drops gathered in the palms, he press the palms together with eachother whilst pumping his chakra into the raindrops, forging them into a single orb of rain. opening his palms again, the drops have now been forged into one. Aiming right in the middle of Dean's clone's chest, he shoots the orb away forcefully with a thrusting motion forwards, striking the incoming clone right in the chest.

Now the technique requires no handseals which makes it quite fast and easy to perform, though the fact that you have to gather rain drops slows it down quite a bit as you need to gather a fair amount to be able to perform this technique. So those two kinda even themselves out. Now im a bit iffy about the range of this tech cause idk if im allowed to look it up on the rain jutsu list or not xD but im guessing it goes up to mid-range which is pretty sweet but on the other hand, the oponent can't be too far away lol. (yeah, a ninja said lol. lol) I'd propably use this agains't a charging oponent or when someone tries to close in on me.

"Very good, and its short range. Anyway, here you go."

Rank: D
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 10
Damage Points: 20
Description: By focusing chakra into the user's hand they are able to gather rain drops towards their palms, the rain is molded together by chakra and forged into a high pressured orb. Once done the orb will shoot away from the users hand and the user will be knocked back. If it hits the enemy the enemy will be sent away flying or unbalanced.

"Now the next technique, you will start off by manipulating your Rain based chakra, by combining your Wind and Water chakra. You will then focus said chakra into the falling rain, and change the very compounds of the rain. You will cause it to become sticky, and bind the opponent in place for up to two turns. The technique itself also lasts for up to two turns. Use it against my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Aomine.

I begin by gathering and manipulating my water and wind chakra, kneading them into rain before releasing said chakra into the falling raindrops around me and sensei's clone, changing the compound of the rain itself, making it sticky. As the rain falls down upon the clone, the clones movement would decrease instantly before finally being bound by the sticky rain completely, unable to move at all.

(Ameton: Igen, Hajimari Inori) – Rain Release: Majesty, Beginning Prayer
Type: Supplementary
Rank: D
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 10
Damage: N/A
Description: Majesty is a simple Rain Release technique designed to supplement the user’s taijutsu strikes in combination with Rain Release. By releasing their Water elemental chakra into the atmosphere the user can infuse the rain drops produced by either natural storms or synthetic storms produced by various techniques to become heavily infused with the user’s chakra. The infusion does not allow for a form of obstruction sensory, like that found in Rain Tiger at Will. Instead this simply imbues the rain storm with a limited form of sentience allowing it to respond to the user’s will and follow their taijutsu strikes independently of the user at a small sacrifice of chakra. The result is that the rain will follow the user’s taijutsu. For example, should the user attempt to punch a target this technique will cause the rain within short-range of the user’s fist to follow the punch and barrage the target with rain drops. Should the user attempt to kick their target with a spinning kick to the side the rain drops will follow the target behind the kick and strike the target. The rain drops themselves pose no serious physical threat but are incredibly distracting able to break concentration and focus with ease. This technique is sustained as long as the rain storm itself is sustained.

Alright, this is one technique that I donated that made it to the canon list. It's a simple technique, but I found it rather fun to make. Using an active rainstorm you can imbue it with a level of sentience, that akin to familiar-based techniques. Once imbued the rain drops will follow your taijutsu/kenjutsu blows, enabling you to distract your opponent with a torrential wave of rain drops. Do what you would do for L, give me your performance and talk to me about it.
