Noticing the two peins brawling just across the way. I take the opportunity to exercise a new technique. Similar to starch syrup technique I focus my chakra into the falling rain around me specifically in the area of the two peins. Changing the density of the drops and making them more sticky, like a syrup type material. As the rain drops continue to fall. The drops cover the two peins and slowly bind them to the ground. Stuck in place by sticky rain.
The next technique is a unique one. I continue to mold chakra into the falling rain. But as I do this I begin to access my full being and shape it into a position which mirrors myself right beside me to my left. As the rain drops fall beside me they build from the ground up a mirror image of myself made of rain. I extend my hand and the copy does the same in symmetry.
I disperse my copy and stand still in place for a moment. I let the rain cover me completely while imbuing my chakra into the rain on my bod as well as the surrounding rain. The more I focus I attempt to shape the rain around me into a sort of coat which allows me to mask my visible presence as I camouflage myself within the rain.

I take a moment to narrow in on the area about the sleeping pein on the ground. I observe the pattern of how the rain falls over his body. Once I am familiar with the area, I focus chakra in directly over his body. Meticulously molding chakra into a single rain drop. Condensing it to the point of it being solid and sharp like a dagger. Having no control of direction, I allow gravity's natural momentum and positioning of the drop I targeted to let it guide itself to the sleeping pein. The rain drop now in the form of a dagger it falls and collides with the pein's headband before dispersing. I noted that the drop traveled in a straight line a clear disadvantage.
Moving on I take notice of another pein trying to see his reflection in a small puddle. The rain still coming down hard. I focus my chakra into the area above the pein and narrow it down into 4 rain drops. But unlike the previous technique I wait to mold the chakra until it makes contact with another water source. The drops fall around the pein and into the puddle where I immediately shape the rain now mixed with the puddle into a small spike which protrudes and collides into the pein in the stomach. The spike was no bigger then 3 feet.
Lastly I notice the pein taunting me. I look up into the sky and cause the rain to cease as I gather it all into one point by kneading chakra. I mold the rain into a single point as it takes the form of a spear within the clouds. "Hey its finally done raining." I say sarcastically then ironically it starts back up again. Right when the pein was caught off guard I perform the boar hand seal and direct the spear downward at the pein's skull. Similar to the last technique gravity takes it straight downward and the spear disperses after contact.
Nicely done. Let's clear the C ranks this set. The next technique requires you to focus chakra on your target and use it to draw in surrounding raindrops like a magnet. Once attached to your target, the raindrops will accumulate, growing until the mass of water drops him to the ground and attaches to that as well. Trapped underneath, the target is held down and left vulnerable to attack. Go catch yourself a god.

Excellent. Now we move on to B ranks. First of all, use your chakra to pull down and condense a portion of the rainclouds above to form a clone of yourself from it. However, it's won't be a perfect copy. While it should have the same shape and color as you, the clone still looks like shifting clouds. Despite that, it is solid enough to take and receive attacks. Alright. Now i want you to send your chakra into the clouds and change the how the water condenses in them, making the nucleus of each droplet larger than usual. This should make the raindrops bigger and therefore fall at a faster rate but this change isn't enough to damage an enemy. It does however serve as a decent distraction. Get their attention.
