Tthe first is simple. I can use it to open up a small wound.
-Do you hold the dagger or you control it like lightning blade levitation?
-how large does it bulge?

For the second. Its obvious you can't use other jutsus while you hold on to it.
Also it says it can defend from acid rain but literarily, is acid rain not higher in rank?

Control it through levitation and expands like almost double ^^ and acid rank is but this jutsu still will protect you xD

Focus your chakra and send it into the clouds to make the rain bounce higher before it falls to the ground. Because it is colder higher in the sky, the rain will freeze and fall down like hail. When it does, you use your chakra in the drops to create a dome or net from it to capture your opponent.

Focus your chakra and send it into the sky to make the rain that will fall out off the clouds bounce back further into the clouds first to freeze up. Once the rain drops are frozen, they will fall down towards the ground, hitting your opponent like large hail.

Both are somewhat the same application though one is supplementary and one is offensive.

So when I bounce the rain to the cloud, does that mean for a short while, rain won't be touching my target?
How long does this take? I mean you bounce rain into the sky and the they come back down, a time during which you can't make other techniques..

So when you bounce it there is still gonna be some rain coming down from the clouds while others bounce up so their is still gonna be rain at all times and should only take up some seconds doesnt take that long to form and than come down

Basically this is exactly the same as the technique before this, the only difference is that the rain will not turn back to water, but rather stay it's frozen self for three turns.

Description: Using this jutsu requires great chakra control, performing hand seals and sending chakra into the clouds. After a bit of development,(three turns) a ninja will form the precipitation of the cloud into hail. Note:must have clouds in the sky to use this jutsu.

Focus your rain chakra and perform the needed handseals whereafter you send your gathered chakra into the clouds. After three turns you can form the rain that falls out of the sky into hail which will damage teh opponent.
Must be sharp hail!

For the first does that mean rain continues to fall in form of hail for 3 turns and I can still do other jutsu during this time?
Also soes this affect me to? Or I can just make the rain fall on a specific part of the terrain?

I see no difference btwn this and the first though I still feel this one deals with the cloud creating the rain directly. Though it takes 3 turns.

Description: Used in conjunction with the Hidden Mist skill this makes things even more difficult to see. If used without the Hidden Mist skill, it is far less effective.The user makes snow begin to fall from the sky as thick as possible. This, of course, effects both the user and the opponent's vision.
Note:This jutsu must have rain clouds to perform and the snow takes three turns to fall and lasts for 3 turns.
Restrictions:Can only be used three times per battle.

Focus your water chakra and first perform the hidden mist skill!
Once you have done that and the mist was created around you it is difficult to see through, but then you will add a bit of extra difficulty. Focus your rain chakra and send it into the sky, once you have done this you can manipulate the clouds to create snow which falls out of the sky. This will even more blind the opponent! Let it snow, let it snow, let it snooooowwww~

(Suiton: Kouu no Fukkou) - Water Style: Rain's Renaissance

Description: The user slams his hand on the ground and sends a large wave of chakra into the ground. This wave of chakra causes all small, nearby sources of water to fly back into the clouds to replenish them. This has little effect on natural storms but on artificial ones it can be used multiple times to lengthen it almost indefinitely.

Focus your chakra and slam your hand onto the ground, releasing your chakra to create a wave of rain water which causes water from the ground to fly back into the clouds so it can fall as rain again.

The first one is quite easy to understand albeit useless in my own opinion. I don't see its essence since hidden mist already blinds the opponent. Using this might be a waste of a slot.

I see beauty in the second one though. I can use this to make the terrain be depleted of water source and temporarily deprive my opponent of it, if he's a water user.

The user must begin running towards the target of the jutsu, once enough rain has been gathered and condensed to form a fist sized orb of water in the user's hand, the user must place their hand near the target. The orb of water will "explode" pushing enemies back and creating openings for attacks.

Focus your chakra whilst performing handseals to channel the focused chakra into your hands. Once you've done this you attract a lot of rain towards your palms. As you do this you will need to run towards the opponent but at the same time you create an orb of the water which you can make explode whilst in range of the opponent so it will push them back.

(Hitoshirenu Ame Naifu) - Hidden Rain Knives

Perform the needed handseals and gather your chakra. Then when you did all that you focus your chakra into the drops of rain, 20 metres around you and turn the drops of rain into sharp needles of water which you can direct towards the opponent.

For the first one, at first, I though someone would hurl the rain orb but alas. Works like rasengan though instead of a drilling effect, it explodes.

Now thw second one is what is very useful and stealthy. Looks like a dispersed form of rain dagger or hidden rain slash.
Can I make the rain falling above the target to turn to this needle?

Again focus your rain chakra and send it into the rain to make a large pillar of water high up in the sky, as well as focusing onto the ground where you desire it to land. Since the pillar is made of water which has quite a lot of mass and the radius of the pillar being four metres, it is quite a powerful jutsu as it crashes down on the desired place, and basically onto the opponent that can be crushed under the pressure of the water falling out of the sky. As the water lands onto the ground it will create a shock wave of water which you will be able to use to your advantage too.

(Hyaku Touei Ame Bushin) - Hundred Rain Reflection Clones

Just like the reflection clone but this time create 100 reflection clones .

I like the first one because it is useful. I like its concussive force. Though is it as fast as a falling raindrop or faster?
How lethal is the impact?
The shockwave, can it cause harm? Like make the opponent fall or trip?


The second is very well understood. Like the description says, very good for distraction.

A lil fast since when the rain forms into a pillar its more water which means its heavier so it will fall faster. If it can hit with no problem and pretty much can knock out an opponent and the shockwave can cause a person to fall/knock them down


(Ame toraidento no Jutsu) - Rain Trident Technique

When the trident cuts into an object, it expands into said object causing more damage and sometimes can even be used to break bones.

Gather the rain in the sky and form a long trident that you control its shape and length. Have it come down and hit ym cloen adn when it does it should expand when it hits my clone causing more damage and breaking bones.

(Kadou Tsunami no Jutsu) - Vortex Tsunami Technique

Description: A highly advanced technique that draws all the rain into one point, this single point spins at high speeds, so high that they begin to pull the rain cloud into them. The final effect of this technique is a swirling storm of Water that rushes towards an opponent in a fierce tidal wave like motion.
The speeds that this vortex spins at are so fast that it is able to cut through armor. This technique, once sent out is almost impossible to stop and will continue going until the chakra supporting it runs out. As a downside, the storm will chase down an opponent and anything near an opponent, including the user of the jutsu .


Using your chakra focus on a single focus point and by using your chakra have the point start spinning with high speeds so that it drags rain clouds into them. It should form a swirling storm of water and send it at my clone. The storm should be able to follow my clone till it hits him.

Okay. Now for the first one. I like the part where it expands and cause more damage. Apart from that it is well understood.

However, the second confuses me abit. It says it continues to follow my opponent, yet it is short-mid range.

Description: The user forms the necessary handseals and the all the rain drops in the area becomes pitch black, they can be felt pouring down but would not be seen, and they would still be transparent. This is a very strong technique because as soon as this is done every technique the user create using this will be pitch black and the enemy will not see them coming

Do the hand signs and use your chakra to have all the rain drops become pitch black making them seem invisible to my clone but they will still be able to feel the rain. Then use any previous rain jutsu to attack my clone since she wont be able to see it coming.

I quickly make a quick cut on my ring fingers and raise both my hands in the air while inbuing my chakra so that it is releases from my wound. As a result, some of my blood also rises into the sky and the cloud forms into several rain dragons.
- Are the dragon sentient?
-Can I use other jutsu while they are on the field of play?

for the second one, I will use it then follow it up with rain trident tech.
-Can doujutsu see them?
-Does it act like a cloaking for rain?

Use your chakra to condense a large amount of rain drops to form spears of water into the clouds and have the spears come down and strike my clone when you do the hand sign *shows you the hand sign* The spears should move in a corkscrew pattern and you should be able to control where the spears hit even in mid-technique.

I liked the first one very much.
I can make cloud form into a dragon and make it attack.
-Though, can the dragon be ridden?
-Can the dragon itself deal physical damage to someone?

The second as I see it, is an advanved version of rain daggers though this needs to gather rain into one spot first before sending them flying back down.

Draw the a small portion of clouds and place them all over your body giving you a full body shield so that rain will fall from all over your body and than send out a rain spear at my clone. You could use this to take a lightning jutsu or if a high rank lightning jutsu is going to hit you this would be a good counter just so the jutsu doesnt really fully kill pr hurt you that bad.

I begin to imbue my chakra into the sky, then I pull the clouds downwards giving them motion using my chakra. As it surrounds me and your clone, I command into existence, a trident that form from behind your clone. It launches at him, killing him on the spot.

What of lightning can it defend upto?
Also, how many turn does it last? Until I stop focusing on it?

1) Well look at it like this it cuts every damage by half so A rank and below and you should be fine while an S rank cut in half would do some damage and a F rank cut in half would do damage.

Description: A powerful ninjutsu that laces the clouds with a large amount of poison elemental chakra to change the structure of the rain. The end result is a storm that does not rain water, but instead rains a powerful acid that can eat through most materials. Unfortunately, skin is not one of those materials. Instead of instantly eating through, it causes skin to instantly blister and slowly dissolve in a most painful way.

Change the property of the rain so it becomes acid like burning my clone's clothes and causing blisters to his skin. After you make this use the Umbrella jutsu from eailer to protect you or if you had an umbrella like the one from Ame you would also be fine xD
