I quickly gather a decent amount of raindrops in my palm and start to concentrate chakra into them while continuously passing more and more chakra into them I quickly using shape manipulation change it's shape into a orb or rain.

compress it more...

I quickly focus more chakra into that orb and start to pull to molecule at the centre and thus make it more compress

good, now release it towards that tree...

I quickly grab it hard and then release it towards a tree with great force

now try it on a moving target...

*creates a clone*

I quickly concentrate on the moving clone and taking a pin pointed aim shoot him

...gather your chakra and release it into the rain clouds molding it to change the compounds of the rain drops making them sticky enough to bind a target in place...

I quickly concentrate on my chakra and making it more stronger and denser I release it into the rain clouds above me and use my chakra as medium to alter there composition and make the fluid very sticky then I make the rain happen with that sticky liquid

good, now try it on the clone...

I quickly focus on my chakra and send it in the cloud and focus on the position of the cloud and make the sticky rain happen right above your clone and thus I completely seize his movements

*clone still moves* make it stickier...

I focus more on the rain and increase the density of the sticky liquid and make it rain again and this time completely stop your clone movements
