Rain is a special element that originates from Amegakure in the manga/anime, In our rp, we use this with the combine elements water and wind. In the manga/anime rain was seen used by Nagato and Yahiko, Rain is usually known as a precipitation, Rain is formed around high temperature areas, with this, clouds form (rain clouds) and release rain droplets soon after, then with our chakra we are able manipulate this rain, Rain is weak against since Rain is considered a water based element and shares the same weakness as water which is earth, Rain is also weak against wind, since wind is able to blow the clouds away and with the rain clouds being blown away, there would be no rain to manipulate, Rain is strong against Fire, since rain can be used to douse fire as normal water would, another weakness, although not direct, is that while Rain is falling on the battle field, in certain cases, the use of Lightning techniques may be risky.

(Ame Tama no Jutsu) - Rain Bullet Technique

Description: By focusing chakra into the user's hand they are able to gather rain drops towards their palms, the rain is molded together by chakra and forged into a high pressured orb. Once done the orb will shoot away from the users hand and the user will be knocked back. If it hits the enemy the enemy will be sent away flying or unbalanced.

Describe how to do it: I start by gathering my chakra throughout my entire body and I then channel the gathered chakra into the rain drops, I then cause a sum of rain drops to gather within the palm of my hand, I then forge the rain drops into a pressured orb within my hand before shooting it away and towards the target.
How many hand seals does it have: None.
Advantages: It would be quick and easy to form and release this technique.
Disadvantages: It knocks the user backwards, and could put the user off balance.
Combos and possible uses: Obviously one would have to use rain tiger at will to form the rain for this technique to be used, and one could use earth flow wave to rise over the targets feet, rendering them unable to evade the rain orb when it is released towards the target.
How to defend against it: I would personally use a wind technique to blast the rain orb away or use an earth technique to form a defensive pillar before me to defend against it.

Describe how to do it: I start by gathering my chakra throughout my entire body before channeling it into the rain which is raining down on the entire battlefield, I then manipulate the falling raindrops and alter the form at which it would be as it drops onto the target/opponent, I form the raindrops into droplets of some type of glue/sticky substance, which would effectively bind my opponent/opponents for a while.
How many hand seals does it have: N/A
Advantages: One could use this technique on multiple targets, or have it cover a wide range across the battlefield.
Disadvantages: This technique requires it to be raining in order to be used.
Combos and possible uses: One could use any fatal attack in combination with this for when the target is bound like for example, (Raiton: Gian) - Lightning Style: False Darkness to emit powerful spear of lightning to electrocute the target.
How to defend against it: I would make use of (Fūton: Shinkūha) – Wind Release: Vacuum Wave, and release several wind blasts all around me that would blow the sticky droplets of rain away, or this (Doton: Iwa no Hogo) - Earth Release: Earth Shelter Technique to create a formation of earth that would surround and shelter me from the sticky rain.

(Touei Ame Bushin) - Reflection Rain Clone

Describe how to do it: I start by gathering a fixed amount of my chakra throughout my entire body and proceed to channel my chakra into the rain falling across the entire training grounds, after that is done, I will be able to manipulate the rain with my chakra and I then proceed to maintain a perfect image of myself in my mind before manipulating the rain to form a reflection of myself, this reflection would be able to mimic every move I make but however wouldn't be able to engage in battle.
How many hand seals does it have: N/A
Advantages: One could use this technique to distract the opponent for a while before launching a full on fatal attack on them.
Disadvantages: This technique wouldn't be able to harm the target or even come into contact with anything solid.
Combos and possible uses: as explained in the description, this is a tactical technique and could be used with a variety of techniques, or rather be used to fool the opponent for a while before launching a surprise attack.
How to defend against it: I would make use of the regular (Doton No Jutsu) - Earth Release Technique to form a simple pillar to skew the rain reflection causing it to return to its original state.

This technique coming in to contact with something solid. I.E the opponent is actually very useful, as it splits up in to rain drops again and can be manipulated.

Description: A jutsu that can only be used in rain to conceal oneself, this jutsu is considered a dynamic form of henge. After performing a row of hand-seals, the user seems to disappear. In truth, they have merely assumed a form that mimics rain. Fast movements and physical contact with others may reveal the user

Describe how to do it: I start off by performing a quick row of hand seals before gathering a sum of my chakra throughout my entire body, I then release the gathered chakra into the rain, raining down on the entire training grounds and upon its release, I manipulate the rain to conceal my presence, I basically cause myself to mimic the rain showers, making it seem as if I disappeared.
How many hand seals does it have: The technique itself isn't specific on the amount but it says a row, meaning it is more than one and possibly about 3+.
Advantages: This technique conceals the users presence from the eyes of regular ninja's and would work as a great tactical technique in close combat.
Disadvantages: Doujutsu users and those with Sensory abilities will still be able to detect the user by their chakra, the user also wouldn't be able to move around to fast, because the swift movements would give off the users position for when the user is moving around a great pace one would be able to see the interference in the rain itself, or if there are puddles and etc on the ground from the rain, that too would give off the users position.
Combos and possible uses: When this technique is used, the user could make their way behind their target and attack with another rain technique like perhaps the (Ame Tama No Jutsu) - Rain Bullet Technique.
How to defend against it: This isn't actually a technique to be defending against, but a way to cancel it out would be to attack the last know position of the user, assuming he will still be there, and this would cause him to defend himself, and that would cause the technique to end since the user couldn't maintain the technique, or to simply blow away the rain clouds with an appropriate wind technique, like perhaps Wind Release: Tordado Wall.

Advantages: The droplet of rain is rather small and wouldn't be easily noticed, making it a tough technique to figure out.
Disadvantages: The droplet of rain can only go in a straight line, it can't be manipulated to move around, so if the target moves the rain drop misses.
Combos and possible uses: I would use this technique in a combo with the Temple of Nirvana genjustu technique, where the target sees feathers falling from the sky and instead will be droplets of rain along with the killer droplet of this technique.
How to defend against it: FTG. One could use the (Doton: Iwa no Hogo) - Earth Release: Earth Shelter Technique to defend against the droplet of rain.

Advantages: Can be used to create multiple spikes since the chakra can be released into several raindrops.
Disadvantages: Requires it to be raining as well as water puddles across the ground to perform.
Combos and possible uses: N/A
How to defend against it: I would use the (Fūton: Jūha Reppū Shō) - Wind Style: Beast Tearing Gale Palm to create a large paw of wind to slash the spikes away from me.

Describe how to do it: I start by gathering my chakra for a short moment before focusing it into the rain clouds and the rain itself within the clouds, I then mold a portion of the rain with my chakra and form it into a sharp and dense spear of rain, while I then release and manipulate to drop down and attack my target.
How many hand seals does it have: 1.
Advantages: The spear can stay stationary in the air and be manipulated to attack at a later stage in the battle.
Disadvantages: The spear can't stay within the air for very long but rather only 3 turns, if it isn't used in that time it becomes useless.
Combos and possible uses: An illusionary technique that would paralyze the target for the spear to drop right through the targets skull would work well with the rain spear, an example technique is (Illusion technique: Crushing Snake Constriction).
How to defend against it: A good way to defend against this technique would be to either blow the clouds forming the rain spear or to blow the rain spear itself away with a strong enough wind technique, there are a coupld of wind techniques that would work well so I won't be adding a technique, there are also various earth techniques that could be used to defend against the rain spear, like Earth Release: Earth Spear Technique.

Advantages: Keeps the target on the ground, and obviously prevents the target from going airborne.
Disadvantages: Doesn't do any damage to the target and cannot be used for long ranged battles.
Combos and possible uses: I would use Swamp of the underworld with this technique for it will hold the target on the ground and force him into the swamp.
How to defend against it: By preventing the rain from falling on yourself, with means of moving away before the rain has gathered, a wind or water technique could be used to alter your position, like Hurricane Fist or Water Pillar Thrust

Describe how to do it: I start at first by gathering my chakra, I then release the gathered rain chakra into the cloting of my opponent, causing the clothing when it comes in contact with any type of water to become more heavy and heavier.
How many hand seals does it have: N/A
Advantages: Would slow the opponent down, and allow him not to be able to keep up with your own speed.
Disadvantages: This technique is is only any good when used in a rainy weather or when fightning on a source of water like a lake for example, for it doesn't create its own water.
Combos and possible uses: Once the opponent is slowed down, one could perform the Gushing Water Imprisonment technique to further immobilize the target before striking with a fatal attack like False Darkness to electrify the orb of water and electrocute the target.
How to defend against it: By Removing the clothing? xD

Description: User performs the necessary handseals and places their hands out in front of them. Using chakra they gather up a large amount of rain and create a wall of solid water. The water is dense and difficult to move through, thus protecting the user from most taijutsu attack and fire attacks. Earth based jutsu and Lighting jutsu are highly effective against this technique. The user must keep his hands connected into the wall at all times or the wall will return to its normal state. If struck by electricity it will move through the water and strike the user as well.
