He's so hot headed he rarely thinks. If he sees you and doesn't like you, he'll grab you by your wee little neck, electrify you, and slam you to the core of the earth. What about that is smart or even logical.

Going by your logic kakashi is dumb for using kamui again to save choji!! knowing he would die.He did it cause he wanted to save him no matter what the cost . Raikage wanted to kill sasuke no matter what the cost .

i think he is quite smart he had the idea to kick the susanoo in that pic and what did it do it ****ed up sasuke and even though he lost an arm in that fight it dont mean hes dumb he sacrificed it to hit em in the face if you ask me thats smart thinking, and you dont get that strong without being smart he had to do lots of training to get where he was and the elders would most deff. not put a tard incontrol of the villiage he would have to be really smart, strong and a good leader DONT DIS HIM BECAUSE YOU DONT LIKE HIM and not many people can teleport, the 4th was considered a genius because he developed a space time ninjutsu and so did the Riakage so i think that puts him in the same smartness as the 4th your bash theory just got put down sun XD
