Semi long Answer: AY is obviously slower than kinshiki, seeing as how kin kept pace with sasuke. I hope i don't have to bring up sasuke's speed feats.

Not a true blitz, but his speed would be overwhelmingly superior. It would probably be to the point where Kinshiki would be able to put up a guard to some extent, but can't dodge.
