Ehh Im going with A. We had a glimpse of what A's Dad can do and his history being a endurance machine I wouldn't doubt A being the same way. This will be a battle of speed and as we know A overpowers him in.

Kisame has realy nice moves plus his ultimate shark missle, and his water walls thingy.

and A has his lightning armor wich is a high advantage, + his raw strenght and fast speed.

Kisame with only slightly high difficulty. A has no counter to water prison and the water dome and stuff like that. Once he is in that it is over for him. And his lariat wouldn't work because Samehada absorbs chakra as it comes near. Remember Bee's raiton enhanced swords that he threw?

Samehada just makes people OP, especially if they are able to fuse with it and use it like Kisame does in the water dome.

Yeah but battles don't end in one hit (excluding Minato). But yeah I guess that can happen. At least it will be a tie but I think if A separates Kisame from samehada his chances of winning will go up by a lot.

Depending on what shot he gave. Remember when he nailed Sasuke at the summit? And Darui was all "he's done" and Sasuke only survived because of susano'o. And Kisame doesn't have an ultimate defense like that.
