Except Sasori's isn't a large AoE field. That field was only shown in the compartment where the Kazekage fires the IS spikes. Nowhere else. Sasori's doesn't even begin to cover the whole battlefield. Not even close. Nor does that change the rest of my post.

Yes it does? Again Toroi can only can scrape the surface of the weapons with magnetic fields. Even if you don't want to think its an AoE force clearly the boundries are much larger so just passing by a iron weapon would suffice.

Besides he's already shown he can make a pretty large area of effect with his magnetic fields I don't see why he would NEED to have the iron sand follow the field if he wanted to make it that large

If only that's how the manga showed it worked, but it didn't, so this is literally based off of nothing. So I have no idea why you are still arguing when it was already shown what you are saying isn't true.

Once again, he's not making a large area of effect with his magnetic field. His magnetic field is in the puppet, and it causes the Iron Sand to rapidly expand.

Wait what? How would that make any sense at all? If the field was in the puppet it would be able to move in only one direction depending on the field... Either Repelled or Pulled in relativity to the puppet itself. We can clearly see he pumps the chakra out of the puppet in multiple scans I have showed you. In the ISWO you can even see a sphere of force around all the sand when its in the air.

You're ignoring the facts

-Toroi had to manually throw his weapons himself as they were not suspended in a field as Sasori's are

-Scans show the 3rd pumping out chakra

-The fluctuation and movement of the IS is way too complex for it to be either pushed or pulled from the puppet itself

Lol. The specific field you are showing me is in the puppet. Does that change the fact that he's controlling the magnetized Iron Sand? No. Did I ever say that the only magnetic field present is the one in the puppet? No.

This is what you aren't getting. Iron Sand has not, does not, and will never be a magnet. You are saying the magnetic field covers the whole battlefield, when it doesn't. It only covers the magnetized Iron Sand.

You're ignoring the facts

You're ignoring how Iron Sand was shown in the manga in favor of your own, fanficitonal views of it's power. There is no real debate to be had for the simple fact that Iron Sand was shown not to have this ability. Not sure why you keep ignoring this fact every time you reply.

That's like me trying to say Rasengan spawns water when it explodes, even though manga outright shows that it doesn't.

-Toroi had to manually throw his weapons himself as they were not suspended in a field as Sasori's are
Which is irrelevant as it doesn't counter my point, nor does it prove yours.

-Scans show the 3rd pumping out chakra

Which is irrelevant.

-The fluctuation and movement of the IS is way too complex for it to be either pushed or pulled from the puppet itself

Never said it was. Not sure what you are talking about.

You claimed it was just in the puppet in your last post. Anyways I understand what you're saying But look at this scan again Notice how there is a semi sphere field around the IS in the air (Its all white and fuzzy) it doesn't cover the whole battle field but it doesn't just skin the IS itself either it has an arguably big field of effect. Look how he's shooting out chakra? Its traveling like this
You must be registered for see images
Also the 3rds chakra is the magnetism itself no? So that chakra he's pumping out in the "cone" form IS the magnetic field itself really

That ball of magnetic energy is barely bigger than the ball of Iron Sand. The Iron Sand being in a ball is the only reason the force appears to be so large. Spread out that Iron Sand, and the force gets spread out the same way. So no, it's not a magnet, nor can it be a magnet. Having some kind of magnetic force around it doesn't make it a magnet.

Toroi's Shuriken had a magnetic force around them. All he'd have to do is toss his Shuriken and they'd automatically guide themselves to the metal weapons of his opponents, but instead, he had to magnetize their weapons first.

Im not saying that the IS is a magnet im saying that if touched by his chakra (which was stated to = magnetism) then they would be under Sasori's control as well.

I mean its not a field as I originally thought but you have to realize if any iron weapons come into contact with his chakra they're basically under his control

.-. That means though that he can send his chakra at a metallic weapon my man if he wanted to. But it would take his focus off the IS most likely.

And I didn't notice Lol

Now that is what I'm iffy on. Some kind of contact has to be made to magnetize a weapon with his chakra. Otherwise Toroi's fighting style would make no sense. All he'd have to do is send his chakra to his opponent's metallic weapons, yet he makes contact with his own first. That means what you are saying isn't possible.

Not to mention characters in the manga can't just "send" their chakra.

Every character has their own field in chakra manipulation. The reason I brought up Shukaku to prove my point, earlier was because the Kazekage copied on Shukaku/Jins to fight the same in their style.

So in a sense if Shukaku can send his chakra to control other sand
The same can be apply to the copy cat user, in his field of "control"

Shukaku is sending his chakra through a medium (sand that he is in contact with), he isn't sending his chakra through thin air.

But we've already seen him pumping out chakra? Just because they're the same element doesn't mean that it requires to be used in the same way.

Toroi most likely doesn't have enough chakra to just send it out to places and such or doesn't have the control with it the third did. (wasn't he a Jin or am I dreaming) Not to mention Toroi most likely has the more precise control, Sasori would just be able to pull or push the weapons away

No, no scan you posted showed him pumping out chakra and sending it across any kind of distance. He's only controlling his Iron Sand, something he has a preestablished link to. Not the same as him sending random chakra towards a random object. Completely unheard of in this manga.

If he didn't have enough chakra to send, he wouldn't even have enough chakra to use in the first place. Sending it isn't going to cost any extra chakra, so if he has it, then he should be able to send it. Toroi having a more precise control only helps my point, not yours.

The third wasn't a Jin btw. Lol.

Not sure the difference your making here. Shukaku/Gaara sends their chakra to sand.
The chakra has to reach its destination to control. Does Gaara chakra not have to pass by "space" for him to reach sand on the ground, when he is in aerial mode?

I'll give you this point here...but it doesn't prove that Jiton works the same way. Not when we have accounts of Jiton users having to make contact to magnetize metallic objects.

Bold is so false seeing as its already been shown that a force small enough to cover a shurikan was enough to magnetize something.

No it doesn't really help your point it merely means that due to there already being a metallic medium to act as the puller or pusher of said weapon so nearby the control would be more stable.

Bruh....You can cleary see in those scans he's pumping out chakra when the IS is nowhere near him...IS is over their heads and he sends it out from the thirds body ... So he can send chakra perfectly fine.

Not sure how this is even related to the bold. Lol. Unless you are going to show me where it says sending chakra will somehow cost extra chakra, then it doesn't relate.

More stable? Stability is irrelevant in Toroi's case unless he somehow forgot to throw a Shuriken. Like I said. If all magnetized weapons attracted/were attracted to non magnetized weapons, Toroi would've just been able to toss his Shuriken and let it hit his opponent. Yet he didn't. There is literally no disputing that fact no matter what excuses you try to make. None whatsoever. If what you are saying was actually true, whether or not the other object is magnetized or not is completely irrelevant.

To an object he's already magnetized. Lol. Doesn't mean anything. Completely unrelated to him sending a magnetic force to objects he hasn't already magnetized himself. Toroi shows that this is impossible, so I suggest that you two stop trying. Lol. It's getting pretty tiresome at this point.

Though we can keep on debating canon if you'd like.

Ill just focus on the important stuff.

My man magnetism isn't controlled by metal....metal is controlled by the magnetism it being something he's already magnetized means nothing. Especially since that particular chakra was an accelerator, it initiated the force of the spears at such an intense speed. MEEEEAAANNNIIIIINNNGGG

It was a completely different force than the magnetic "field" (didn't wana repeat force Lol) already holding the IS up meaning that it hadn't made contact with the IS yet..... So he sent it out purposefully.

That may be difficult to understand as I think I worded it weirdly if you need clarification I can try and do that Lol

Im a bio major not phsyics </3

I know that the Iron Sand is controlled by magnetism, and I know that the Iron Sand is controlled by the magnetic force that the Kazekage makes from his chakra. Iron Sand is magnetized, that's why he can control it. Stated by DB and Manga.

It was a completely different force than the magnetic "field" (didn't wana repeat force Lol) already holding the IS up meaning that it hadn't made contact with the IS yet..... So he sent it out purposefully.

And it accelerated the speed of the Iron Sand's growth. It was still sent to an object he had already magnetized, which nullifies your point.
