Raikage = Perfect susanoo ?

In the recent chapter, if you go by the translation:

You must be registered for see links

then perfect susanoo = the Biju ( expect maybe Kurama).

The 3rd raikage tied with the Eight-tails. Which is the second strongest of the nine beasts.

Do you think that raikage will be able to go toe to toe with the perfect susanoo like he did with the eight tails.

Note: This is not Edo Madara vs. Thrid Raikage.
Edo Madara > 3rd raikage with genjustu alone.

But Im asking that if madara was only allowed to use the susanoo alone, would the 3rd raikage be able to fight it for a while without being completly destroyed?

Just because ps=bijuu and third raikage=bijuu does not neccessarily make third raikage=ps. Ps's powers may tie with bijuu's but it may have powers that the bijuu does not making third raikage<ps.
