Not really it would go like this,

Kakuzu gets blitz killed, Ay walks away, and since Kakuzu masks are already in his body their is nothing showing that he is going to be revived, Kakuzu gets up Ko's with Wind mask ..

One hit KO's on Kakuzu are not ideal, as they negate any intel on his multiple hearts that would of been acquired had he waited for him to release them

A takes it easily. He's way too fast for any of Kakuzus attacks. And even if he did get hit he's extremely resillient would at least take more than 1 hit to take him out. But in any case that's still kinda irrelevent: A is too fast and can take down Kakuzus hearts with a single punch.
