His body radiated a natural warmth, each breath slipping past the jagged grin of his oni mask as faint condensation curled into the frigid air. Silence followed him, heavy and absolute. Words were unnecessary, his fists had long since replaced them. It had been years since anything within these mountains posed even the slightest challenge. Surrounded by pacifist monks, battle had become a distant memory… until now.
Without a word, Raijin moved. This would be a test. Raiton chakra surged violently through his body, crackling beneath his skin before erupting outward in a blinding flash of light that consumed the space around him. In the same instant, both arms snapped forward with precise force, releasing twelve shuriken, six from each hand. The weapons fanned outward in wide arcs before sharply curving inward, converging upon the witch’s position at high speeds of 16, striking from multiple angles in a coordinated barrage concealed beneath the overwhelming flash.

As 9 got closer to her destination, the people in the area knew of the chaos she left in her wake. Soon to consume them. As she walked, they bowed before her, paying for mercy. As she reached her opponent, she saw his Rukh as a neutral color. Not evil, not good but rather neutral. Just. She had not seen neutral colored Rukh in centuries... This was very intriguing. A true being of justice was extremely rare. A shame he had to die. She also witnessed a stream of hot breath encased in the cool atmosphere peer through his demonic mask before she was flashed with light as he vanished, leaving her momentarily blind. "Ah. Their savior." she assumed. He was a man of few words it seemed. She loved the no BS attitude behind it all, but how boring... She knew not his name... But he knew this was their raijin. What that implied, she did not know nor care. However, the fact that he was the chosen protector of these people, that must have meant he had some strength behind him.
The light was obviously used to blindside her with an attack so she focused her sound chakra into her ears, giving her acute hearing as to where he would be moving.

Description: The user will enhance their hearing by infusing his ears with sound chakra. Then, by utilizing chakra and enfacing his lungs, the user will be able to control the frequency and intensity of the sound emitted from his simple breathing. This low frequency, inaudible sound is passively emitted and has no effect other than emerging from him and bouncing off of objects. Using the enhanced hearing, the user is able to know where everything is around them, effectively creating a sonar effect through the rebound and reflection of sound waves. The hearing and the sonar effect is precise enough so that one can effectively use it to substitute one's vision in battle if needed. Despite being very effective, specially if the user has any of his other senses hindered, it also leaves the user vulnerable to sound genjutsu or sound attacks which will be much more drastic in its effects.
Note: Lasts 6 turns

Description: Borg is the only rukh technique that acts on its own, as it responds to the rukh around the user if they are in any danger. The user activates the protection by spending chakra (30 or 40), the rukh would then remain dormant only activating when the user is in danger. Once an attack is launched towards the user (Outside of the user's range of awareness), the rukh will respond in order to protect the user and form/erect a borg, or what others may perceive as a spherical barrier yellow in color. The borg however only reacts to non rukh techniques. The borg expands several feet outwards(up to 5 meters) in all directions protecting the user from oncoming threats, if enemies are caught in the range they'd be damaged and sent flying backwards. This allows for attacks of equal rank or below to be easily defeated. The borg can alternatively be activated by a user to defend an attack or as a means of transportation, allowing it to float and/or soar through the air by controlling it. Should the borg not be completely destroyed, it'd leech 10 chakra from the user to repair itself before remaining dormant once more.
Note: Spending the initial chakra cost doesn't count as a move however forming the borg(A or S rank) does.

To summon the creature the ninja will wipe blood on his hand, perform the Boar → Dog → Bird → Monkey → Ram handseals and then touch the ground or another object, where a sealing formula will appear. Though it appears that as long as significant pressure is placed against the blood in some form, the summon will be complete, most summoning uses use a solid surface, though in some cases it can even be done mid air. There can be variations to the summoning steps, some ninja like Temari will wipe blood on her fan, then by swinging the fan the animal is summoned. Other ninja like Orochimaru wipe the blood across a snake tattoo on their arm first, then touch the ground. Others will clap their hands directly like Nagato through the use of his Animal Path. The user must have signed the contract with the creature he wants to summon but the technique can be used to summon a generic creature of that contract (B-Rank) which will have no special traits or abilities beyond those normal to the rest of the animals in the contract. The animal is always summoned on the mark that appears upon slamming the users hand or, if not the case, always in short range of the user.

Description: The user summons an Olm whose exoskeleton is padded enough to appear visible on the outside of their body. The exoskeleton has a slimy yet thick consistency, and is equal in size to the size of the user, covering them from head to toe, leaving mouth, nose and eyes just uncovered. The summoned Olm has many uses, allowing physical attacks of up to B-rank to slide off the user (depending on size, as something bigger than the user himself cannot just slide off), with the thickness of the layer of skin aiding in the user in close quarter combat, lessening damage, and making the users own attack heavier in a sense (no added damage but if used against equally ranked opponent, the user of this would have the upper hand). Apart from this basic addition, this jutsus main use comes from its ability to allow the user to fuse with one of his summonings. Upon having used this, the user can summon an Olm at any point after, which he then chooses to fuse directly within him as its summoned, allowing the summoned beings to become one in an instant, giving the user a surge of foreign chakra which can be used to release genjutsu. Of course it cannot be used to release paralysis based jutsus if the user needs to move in order to summon the Olm to begin with. Moreover, the fusion allows the user access to the summoned Olms' abilities, which in most cases is basic elemental jutsus, and also allows the user to contact and communicate with them.
Like all other Olms, the summoned Olm is blind, but however has the sense of smell equal to that of an Inuzuka and hearing capabilities equal to someone who has the D-ranked sound jutsu (Inner Sonar Skill) activated.
Note: Can only be used 3 times, once activated, the layer of Skin lasts until destroyed or three turns have passed, whichever comes first. However, the slime dries out after 3 turns, not allowing the user protection from B-rank and below physical attacks, meaning the layer of skin left can only deflect basic weapons but nothing more for the remaining turns.
Note: When fused with summoned beings, this jutsu would last as long as the being with the most turns left on field, before the skin sheds, leaving the user as he was before this was summoned. This means if this technique is on its fourth turn, and a summoning which lasts 3 turns is summoned and fused with, then the technique will remain for those three turns. However, this can also be a disadvantage, since if a summoning is fused with early on, and lasts shorter than the five turns this jutsu allows, the user is forced to release this jutsu once that summoning has ran out of turns.

Closing the distance in an instant, Raijin drove straight into the expanding force. Just before impact, his right fist drew back, lightning coursing violently through his frame before he thrust it forward with overwhelming force. His strike collided with the technique head on, his hardened body and natural resilience(25 damage reduction) allowing him to power through its effects. The force of the jutsu dispersed against him, mitigated by his sheer durability and damage reduction as he forced his way through without breaking momentum.

Description: The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra which, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate their nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses reaction time, and pushes physical prowess to the absolute limit allowing for tremendous raw speed. The technique has different levels of activation each visibly depicted by the users hair which stands up when the technique is activated to the fullest. The higher the level, the higher the speed the user can achieve. This mode, combined with taijutsu, allows the users to utilize nintaijutsu. When using the armor at full power, it causes the tips of A's hair to spike up and his reflexes are said to be comparable to those of Konoha's Yellow Flash, making it difficult even for the Sharingan to keep up with him. Despite the large quantity of chakra it releases and uses up, the armor doesn't damage enemies who touch it, leaving the user able to interact with those around, allies or enemies as well as tools, weapons, etc.
Level One: The base activation of the mode, the user's speed doubles and he gains a x2 speed boost. His Taijutsu increases as well, by +20 damage.
Level Two: The most commonly used state and the one generally referred to, this activation causes the user's hair to slightly raise upwards as his speed increases x3 speed. This likewise increase his strength +10 more than level one. This state can only last 4 turns max each usage.
Level Three: The highest level of the Lightning Chakra Armor, the user uses this state to increase his reactions and speed to the max, gaining a x6 speed boost and a +40 damage boost to Taijutsu. The users speed increases to a point where only the highest Gates, Jinchuriki modes and instant techniques outstrip the user in terms of speed, appearing as a blur to most targets. This state however, only lasts 2 turns, after which the mode in it's entirety cannot be accessed for at least 3 turns.
Note: Level Two can only be used three times max each event and Level Three can only be used twice. During Level 3, only Taijutsu and Lightning may be used exclusively.

Description: One of the simplest moves in Taijutsu, the user will simply use one of his hands to deliver a simple punch by clenching his fist and swinging his arm. The user is free to do variations of a basic frontal punch and the technique though simple, can be deadly for strong users.
The woman bit her thumb, weaving handseals before slamming her palm against the ground, initiating what appeared to be a summoning technique. It did not slow him. It did not matter. Raijin continued forward, his speed now reaching overwhelming levels. Closing the remaining distance, Raijin's godlike prescence would begin to affect the woman, lowering her speed and while his lighting aura created a staic cling between the two. Raijin shifted his momentum, driving his upper body forward as his arm came around with devastating force. His shoulder and arm slammed directly into the witch’s chest in a brutal, close-range strike. As the impact landed, his presence loomed over her, his deep voice cutting through the moment with chilling calm. “Eat this.” The force of the blow detonated on impact, sending her body flying backwards several meters under the sheer power of the attack.

The user’s Lightning Release jutsu have been empowered, triggering Static Shock when in close proximity to the user’s Lightning jutsu. When targets are within 5 meters of a Lightning jutsu, they will feel a static cling and an inability to move freely, losing access to a Free Dodge for 3 turns. This does not prevent movement via jutsu, just the Free Dodge.

Description: The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra which, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate their nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses reaction time, and pushes physical prowess to the absolute limit allowing for tremendous raw speed. The technique has different levels of activation each visibly depicted by the users hair which stands up when the technique is activated to the fullest. The higher the level, the higher the speed the user can achieve. This mode, combined with taijutsu, allows the users to utilize nintaijutsu. When using the armor at full power, it causes the tips of A's hair to spike up and his reflexes are said to be comparable to those of Konoha's Yellow Flash, making it difficult even for the Sharingan to keep up with him. Despite the large quantity of chakra it releases and uses up, the armor doesn't damage enemies who touch it, leaving the user able to interact with those around, allies or enemies as well as tools, weapons, etc.
Level One: The base activation of the mode, the user's speed doubles and he gains a x2 speed boost. His Taijutsu increases as well, by +20 damage.
Level Two: The most commonly used state and the one generally referred to, this activation causes the user's hair to slightly raise upwards as his speed increases x3 speed. This likewise increase his strength +10 more than level one. This state can only last 4 turns max each usage.
Level Three: The highest level of the Lightning Chakra Armor, the user uses this state to increase his reactions and speed to the max, gaining a x6 speed boost and a +40 damage boost to Taijutsu. The users speed increases to a point where only the highest Gates, Jinchuriki modes and instant techniques outstrip the user in terms of speed, appearing as a blur to most targets. This state however, only lasts 2 turns, after which the mode in it's entirety cannot be accessed for at least 3 turns.
Note: Level Two can only be used three times max each event and Level Three can only be used twice. During Level 3, only Taijutsu and Lightning may be used exclusively.

(Kodzuku) Punch

Description: One of the simplest moves in Taijutsu, the user will simply use one of his hands to deliver a simple punch by clenching his fist and swinging his arm. The user is free to do variations of a basic frontal punch and the technique though simple, can be deadly for strong users.
The woman bit her thumb, weaving handseals before slamming her palm against the ground, initiating what appeared to be a summoning technique. It did not slow him. It did not matter. Raijin continued forward, his speed now reaching overwhelming levels. Closing the remaining distance, Raijin's godlike prescence would begin to affect the woman, lowering her speed and while his lighting aura created a staic cling between the two. Raijin shifted his momentum, driving his upper body forward as his arm came around with devastating force. His shoulder and arm slammed directly into the witch’s chest in a brutal, close-range strike. As the impact landed, his presence loomed over her, his deep voice cutting through the moment with chilling calm. “Eat this.” The force of the blow detonated on impact, sending her body flying backwards several meters under the sheer power of the attack.
Static Shock ~ Specialty
The user’s Lightning Release jutsu have been empowered, triggering Static Shock when in close proximity to the user’s Lightning jutsu. When targets are within 5 meters of a Lightning jutsu, they will feel a static cling and an inability to move freely, losing access to a Free Dodge for 3 turns. This does not prevent movement via jutsu, just the Free Dodge.

You are able to slow opponents within a specific range, exerting a force that slows targets naturally. This causes a 2 Base Speed level decrease to opponents that are within 8 meters of him.

(Rariatto) - Lightning Plough Hot Sword

Description: The user charges at his opponent, striking them with a Lariat move, coated in chakra. A successful strike can blow away a target's entire chest with a direct hit. The attack is rather straightforward, but very quick and powerful. Killer Bee was shown using this technique in his chakra cloak form, and the Raikage was shown using the Lightning Armour technique.
Note: Technique can only be used whilst in a chakra cloak and can only be used and taught by a Raikage bio or Killer Bee bio
As the man pushed through 9's Borg like butter, she heard the man coming towards her. However, it did not sound like footsteps and more like a gust of wind. Perhaps he was fast or maybe even a very skilled wind-style user. However, 9 refused to fear what she could not even see. At this time, her sight was slowly coming back to her. 9 would focus her chakra in the ground beneath her and stomp her foot, causing the earth in front of her to crumble and form a very deep, hollow pit that the raijin would fall into for speeding towards her.
After this, she weaved three Handseals and would raise her hands and focus her chakra into the air above the man, causing an overflow of volcanic storm to fall into the pit the man would be in, essentially creating a lava-like mixture to melt him like butter. Parts of the volcanic storm would branch off while still above the pit, creating large spikes that would strike the very ground around the pit, ensuring he wouldn't just be able to weasel his way out, if he was that fast. This would ensure the parameter around the pit was also secure.
(Doton: Chūkū) ☪ Earth Release: Hollow ☪

Description: The user will slam their hand on the ground or stomp the ground beneath them, releasing their doton chakra into a selected area. After this, they will hollow the underground wherever they please from short to long range. This hollowed ground is a means for storing techniques or elements, more specifically. Such as water, for example. To be later used sneakily at the user's discretion, while being underground and without being seen by the opponent. This can also be used offensively albeit not aggressively, as the user may supremely hollow the ground beneath the opponent and have them fall up to twenty feet deep into the ground. This is a captive side of the technique, and is not meant to cause damage, but is able to cause little damage if the opponent did not prepare to fall and would most likely break their legs. The hollowed spot can range to a max of 15 feet wide, and the length up to thirty feet as well, so fairly big. This technique does not fill the area with water, the user will need to use a separate jutsu to do so.

Description:Volcanic Storm release: Wrath of Olimpos is the basic usage technique of the Element. The user will channel their chakra, weaving the necessary hand seals for each rank, and produce various constructs, waves, blasts ect of Volcanic storm, either from their hands/body, from pre-existing Volcanic Storm entities, or through the ground. The shape and size of these various constructs can be anything you user imagines, so long as the necessary requirements have been produced.
Notes:
A-rank constructs can be created four times per battle, and S-rank constructs can be created thrice
-B rank requires 1 Handseal, A rank 2 handseals, and S rank 3 Handseals.
-S rank constructs require One turn cooldown between usages
-Constructs Cannot exceed a 10x10m overall size.
As her hands were raised in the air causing a volley of destructive volcanic storm loose in the area, she laughed chaotically. "Some say power is the key to winning a battle. But I say knowledge overcomes all!" she said as she displayed her multitude of elemental ninjutsu prowess. "Come forth, great warrior! And meet your END!" she said as the lava grew more and more and the spikes unleashed a devastating fury, breaking and scorching whatever was in its grasp.
At this point she regained her vision entirely but her sonar was still on par.
