Raijin is quite tall standing at 6ft 5inches with rather Boxer like Muscular physique.
Raijin has a dark skin with a diminish brown eyes and hair.
He wears a red vest with a baggie jeans. He also wears a trademark Neck chain which represent his thunder like status.

PERSONALITY;
Raijin is a free minded individual, showing love and humility to basically anyone no matter who they are. He's quite shy especially in the presence of ladies. But when it comes to battle, he's a master tactician and Stategist.
Raijin sometimes speak to much and gets easily irritated when he's scolded.
He also tends to underestimate his opponent boasting about his powers in battle which sometimes leads to his downfall though he rearly loses.

Raijin is also a masochist individual he literally enjoys feeling pain and hasn't shown to be bothered about it. This is due to his absurb childhood he endured.
Raijin also doesn't support the occurence of Injustice in a society sometimes takes laws into his own hands to completely destroy any related injustice activity.

[size=+2]History: Raijin Otsutsuki was born in land of the Hidden cloud. Though he was born prematurally, he grew up to be quite muscular individual.
He was born into hardship and cruelty having his parents Martyr at a very young age in front of his very eyes.
Raijin entered the Ninja acedemy at age 5. Considering he was sadist, he was basically alone all the time.

Raijin eventually became a student of Fourth Raikage and met one of his class mate Mujin.
Realizing Mujin was all alone like him he befriended him showing more of his cheerful side.
Raijin and Mujin later grew up to be rivals sparring against each other almost everytime.
Still they became best friends. Raijin feeling not alone anymore started to show more of his funny said.
Third Raikage noted Raijin had change drastically since meeting Mujin.
Eventually at the age of 9, both Raijin and Mujin graduated from the academy.
At some point in his childhood Raijin had a fight with a Rogue ninja.
He was inflicted with great injury insomuch he almost died.
Unfortunately this happened in the hidden forest. Raijin had to endure the pain for 24hours due to the fact he couldn't move because of his injuries.
Eventually Mujin saved him but this experience made Raijin a masochist who later didn't care much about pain and actually love feeling pain.
