Looks:
Raijin is a very tall man, he stands at 6 foor 3. He has tanned skin that is more on a brown side than white. His hairstyle is quite creative and individual. It reflects his rebellious, violent and out there personality. It is a mohawk with a pony tail sticking out of the back. Thick light brown strands of hair can be seen pointing downwards away from the mohawk, some of them making a fringe. The rest of his head is bald. From a distance it almost looks as if his eyes are red but they are in fact dark purple with no pupil. He wields the Bōryoku-tekina (Violent lightning). It is a blade that has the ability to transmit the users chakra and send it out to attack or enhance its owners fighting ability. It is said that one hit can fatally wound an opponent. The blade's lightning is two colours, purple and blue. Purple is when Raijin is feeling serious emotions (usually anger) and blue is when he is toying with his opponent. The blade looks almost like a standard katanna except for the fact that it has glyphs on the metal blade itself (used for show only, Raijin is extravagant). He wears large circular earrings on both ears that represent Yin and Yang except it's design has a slight variation. This reflects on Raijin's twisted form of honour and morality. He wears a black Shinobi garment with a yellow outline. He has a white vest similar to that of Minato's, he wears this over his Shinobi outfit. It has his name inscribed at the back, going down instead of sideways (レイジン). The cloak is red on the inside. He wears a belt designed as a demon head with a purple stone in its mouth, it represents the demons soul. Raijin likes adventure and the thought of Demons, creatures actually having souls is one that is unknown which leads to mystery, that in turns leads to an adventure. It is an eternal mystery. There are four smal armour plates going down from the demon belt, representing the stages of his life that has got him to wear he is now. His gauntlets and Shinobi footwear are the same colour and design as his Shinobi outfit except for the fact that they have spikes protruding out of them. Raijin wears a black cloak over all this clothing to conceal himself, so that his opponent will never know who killed him. He only ever takes it off when the fight is serious or he has to go all out.

Raijin is a very calm and collected individual. He views battle as a sort of game instead of life and death and gets enjoyment out of being cut or hit etc. He is incredibly sinister and will do whatever it takes too win a battle, regardless of wether it is honorable or not. Even stooping as low as using a baby for a hostage if he had to. Despite those characteristics he has a sense of humor, although it can be sick at times. Raijin is a merciless individual that has no love for his own comrades and see's them as pigs or merely tools to be used in order to achiever your goal. He wouldn't hesitate to despose of them if he had to. He is also a master at deception, manipulation and acting. Being able to fool even some of the smartest of men into doing his dirty jobs for him or believing his point of view.

'Abilities'
Lightning Release
Lightning Release (雷遁, Raiton; English TV "Lightning Style") is one of the five basic elemental nature transformation techniques that allows the user to generate lightning by increasing the high frequency vibrations of their chakra, allowing for piercing damage and fast movement. The electricity paralyses the target so that they are unable to move and leave them vulnerable to a finishing strike. While uncommon, lightning can be infused into bladed weapons in a way similar to Wind Release through chakra flow for increased the piercing power through vibrations, with the added effect of inducing numbness. When the technique is released from their bodies, and thus not requiring physical contact, it does not move as fast as true lightning. Instead, due to the control the user has to exert over it, it moves far slower, which can give opponents time to still react. Lightning Release is common to the ninja of Kumogakure.'Background Information'
~History~
Raijin came from a smal village on the outskirts of Kumogakure. His father was apart of a defected group of Samurai's called Jidoka that were hell bent on destroying the Shinobi world and restoring order to the Samurai. His mother had died during birth. Kumogakure had discovered about their plans and sent their best ninja in on Raijin's 6th birthday to despose of the inevitable threat. Raijin was forced to watch his father's head get slowly cut off along with all his other villagers. The horrific scene of bodies being impaled and exploded into pieces scarred Raijin and took away his innocence. The Kumogakure ninja's had viewed him as a threat but right before they could get to him, a Samurai from the Land of Iron had saved him. Making quick work of the Kumogakure ninja's, Uragiri ran off with Raijin and saved his life. Raijin Spent the next eight years training with Uragiri, learning Ninjutsu, Kenjutsu, Literature and everything he would need to survive. On Raijin's 15th birthday Uragiri revealed his true intentions. The Raikage had ordered the death of Hangyaku Han (Raijin's father) and his son. Hangyaku Han had already been dealt with but the Raikage wanted something more with his son. He wanted to show just how frustrating it is too work for something and watch it all get torn apart, so he sent Uragiri to become close with Raijin, to teach him and become like a father figure. Then, just when he had completed his training, he had ordered Uragiri too kill Raijin. Uragiri could not bring himself to do it, and so impaled himself onto Raijin's Katana, telling Raijin too live on and not let anyone get in the way of his dreams. He had then grabbed a Kunai that had been in Raijin's hand and guided it across his throat. These past events had scarred Raijin for life; the death of his master had forced him to wonder around, using his skills to get jobs wherever he could, and using those jobs to become a stronger shinobi. He had misinterpreted Uragiri's last words. Instead of living a just life, he lived on as a sinister man, literally not letting anyone get in his way of his plans. Killing them if he had to.~Raijin's Legacy~
Raijin is still a young Shinobi and as such has not left much of a legac. Although he does have a perculiar effect on those that he meets and doesn't end up killing. It's as if they get infected and or infatuated with him. Once good warriors have had their hearts blackened just by having a conversation with him.Theme Song
