Description: After using a Water Style technique, the user releases a wave of electricity that can electrocute any water within range, electrocuting and knocking back an opponent in contact with the water. When used without a water technique, its power is moderate. The technique can be used extremely quickly, so that it finishes almost in conjunction with the previous jutsu.

What you need to do for this technique is to channel Raiton chakra into your hands and release it in a form of a wave of electricity. You have to make sure to image the wave and concentrate on its frequency. The bigger the frequency the stronger the lightning jutsu is. This jutsu is very fast but not very strong and it's best used in conjunction with Suiton jutsus. Other than that I don't see an other use for it.

You should try it yourself, but without water. Hit that tree over there with your best shot and try not to electrocute yourself. *points to that three over there*

Try again. You have to feel the lightning flowing through your body and towards your hands, due to its high frequency vibrations.

*i channel my chakra to my arms and create a wave of water from thin air. once i do, i aim the water at the tree. i then flow my chakra up and down my arms and increase its speed so it builds up high frequency. i then release the water at the tree and flow the lightning into it, destroying the tree*

You didn't concentrate enough on it's speed an frequency. It's a must, in order to perform this jutsu. You also have to make it fast enough so it catches up with the water.

And what did you electrocute? Nothing.
Let's do it one more time. I want your concentration and focus now. Don't look at those chicks over there, they are just distracting you.

First make your water jutsu and aim it at the tree. It's not really fast so if you immediately start doing your lightning, which is very fast, it will catch up with the water and electrocute it before it reaches the tree.

Basically it's a water/lightning combo and it's very hard for an opponent to do a jutsu in between these two and stop you from electrocuting the water. Get it?
