*i flow chakra into the kunai and have it flow back and forth. one it has already started flowing easily, i turn it into lightning. due to the chakra flowing before, it flows easily as well. then, i focus the lightning to flow out of the kunai in the form of a stream. once the stream is out, i make it more solid and contact so it can pierce and numb the enemy effectively*
