Background Info
History: Raditz is a member of the clan that isn't really significant. His training in both lightning and in his clan abilities are extensive. He has the ability to use ninjutsu which has gotten ridiculed for practicing something the clan doesn't approve of. Raditz is very skilled and has challenge many clansmen that wielded the holy fire ability and has defeated them making him feel superior to other clansmen not including the elders of the clan. Raditz does agree with the morals and teachings of the clan and believes in honor, but he ultimately believes that he is worthy of the holy fire and would be more than capable to banish the darkness within this world with it.
In his training with the Holy Fire, he shown great promise, almost like a prodigy of the clan. It didnt take long at all to be one with the Holy Fire. He can detect negative intent towards him and have free control with Holy Fire, able to perform most techniques with no handseals. His weapon made by the Clan is able to switch between two one handed blades and a bow which he utilizes Holy Fire with to make his attack that more dangerous.
Prior to learning to wield Holy Fire, Raditz was known for being a Taijutsu Prodigy, Mastering strong fist taijutsu, enduring special Weights Training, and Mastering the ability to learn the Kaioken (Eight inner gates of his chakra pathway system) which is something that is only possible after greatly pushing the body beyond it's limits. He also has great wit allowing him to react to situations faster then normal and track movement faster than his own. Being in a clan not well known, he is advanced in keeping his pressence hidden from the opponent till the moment he strikes. This makes his job as a mercenary much easier. But he has resigned from the post as Mercenary is a Rogue ninja
Raditz has returned to Lothlorian after searching for bounties in the Ninja World which he felt was his calling to help banish the darkness from the world. He has reunited with his family and has decided to take some time and designate it to rest and relax.
A Call To Battle
After returning to his home of Lothlorian he meet with his clansmen as they catch up on each others dealing before entering a grand hall for discussion of their next mission. It was then decided by his elders and peers that they would make their way to Suna. Once they reached their destination they were immediately thrown into combat. Radtiz ended up facing Sasuke the Rogue Uchiha of Konoha. He knocked out the Uchiha and was going to finish him but saw goodness in his heart and decided to hand Sasuke to the elders for judgement.
Soon the battle for Suna came to an end with the Noldor as the victor. From there, Raditz and his clan made their way to The Land Of Snow, where they formed a castle out of the side of the mountain, made to be their new place of dwelling. It didnt take long for darkness to arise in the new castle as one of the elders was under demonic possession and attacked both Tobirama senju and Raditz in a fit of madness trying to satisfy his long dormant craving for chaos.
Unfortunately Raditz was knocked unconsious before waking up in a old bar and inn called the Blood Tavern located on an Island far south of the world. He discovered the elder that attacked him has now made himself Kazakage of Suna and is going to get some answers for everything that he had done.
A New Beginning
Just as Raditz was on his way to prove his worth to the world by going to slay one of the Akatsuki after losing to some random rogue in the Blood Tavern on The Crimson State Island, He surprisingly comes across Vegeta The Prince of his kind. That moment was the time to strike the mysterious man wearing the Akatsuki Uniform cloak. Unbeknownst to Raditz, the mysterious man was working with Vegeta. It did throw a wrench in his plans to eliminate him but it also gave Raditz another chance to prove himself to his prince.
Soon afterwards Raditz traveled to Konohagakure with Vegeta and the rest of his entourage under his reasoning. Vegeta promised Raditz a fight when he got there which was more than he needed to participate. Time passed as everyone around him was able to get an opponent without a problem. This made Raditz very anxious, but soon Raditz got just what he was waiting for as a woman who possessed the power or dark release ambushed him with a clone of herself and used both genjutsu and dark release to get the upperhand on him. With Raditz being proficient with Taijutsu, genjutsu being his natural weakness allowed the lady to triumph over Raditz.
Raditz is now back at the blood tavern as a rogue ninja once again, but this time his power, his knowlege, and his experience have all been reset. Now he will have to travel the ninja world, battle shinobi of the same or higher rank to allow him to climb up the ranks of S-class to gain his abilities once again.
The Path To S-Class
His path began with facing The Yellow Flash of The Leaf, Minato Namikaze. The fight was fierce. There was a lot of elemental jutsu, megnetic ninja tools being thrown, and tactics that is not usually used by most ninja in the world today. there was times where victory was certain to Raditz but at the tail end of the fight, Raditz was cooked and fed to a summons. Wasnt a great way to start the Journey.
For his next battle he was going up against Zora. Zora was a Yamanaka. The Battle was short but to Raditz it was enjoyable. only due to the conditions that was made between them in battle, Raditz power was Limited and made him resort to the Close Quarter combat Raditz love so much. Raditz quickly got the upperhand on the opponent and the opponent gave him a struggle, but once Raditz tapped into the power of the Eight Inner Gates the opponent was knocked on their back. Before Raditz could finish off the opponent, they fled to live another day.
The next Opponent was Illumi of The Dark Release. Raditz was prepared for anything with his chakra sensing, as he Initiated battle by striking first. In reply to Raditz' jutsu, Illumi would absorbed and release the Dark chakra back at Raditz. Thus, initially turning his jutsu against himself. This wasnt something that he would be up to tolerate for long. With that thought Raditz dealt the death dealing blow to Illumi.
For the next opponent the name is Sasaki. He was of the wood release yet he barely exhibited any skill in that particular Jutsu. Raditz pushed Sasaki by throwing a few jutsu at Sasaki as he closed the distance between them. Sasaki did all that he could to maintain the distance but it was useless. After jutsu after Jutsu was used there was a debilating strike that had both Raditz and Sasaki exhausted. With their chakra spent Sasaki used change of body stance technique to retreat.
As Raditz rested and recovered in The Blood Tavern on the Crimson State Island. As he was sitting in the middle of the main hall of the tavern an Uchiha Kunoichi. She was rambunctious to say the least. She initiated the battle by attacking Raditz and to be Really honest, Raditz wasnt having it. After going back and forth for a while and almost destroying the tavern in the process, Raditz was able to claim the win. He then continued to rest at his table till the waitress handed him his whiskey on ice that he was waiting on.
His final battle was the battle with The Prince of All Saiyans, Vegeta. Vegeta and Raditz hasnt gotten along but they are oddly motivated by each other, Rivals. They meet at The Bone Graveyard in the Land of Fire, before their jutsu clashed. Those two continue to throw jutsu at each other with the other avoiding or defending against them. As intense as the battle is they both continue to remain calm collected as they quickly and accurately make each strategic move within the fight. there has been power ups, blasts, and a whole lot of destruction, but the fight is still ongoing.
Med-training
After fighting in the ninja world, being drained of his chakra and in danger of losing his last ounce of life because he has no way to replenish his chakra or stamina on his own. After recieving Aid from Vegeta who also had medical training was able to provide him with the proper medicine so he would be able to recover to his top condition. Raditz seen that it was time that he would be able to take training in Medical ninjutsu. Raditz sought out a Teacher that would show him the way of the Iryu-ninjutsu. There Raditz was able to learn some Healing and Empowerment up to A-ranks, some Medicines, and how to use medical ninjutsu knowlege on the Battlefield. He will make sure that all that he learned will only make him stronger.

Raditz carries standard senbon hidden in his mouth Pre-battle, kunai, shuriken, ninja wire, paper bombs, smoke bombs, flash bombs etc in his ninja pouch in his back pocket. He also wears a Pair of chakra Knuckle blades for his Two- blade style Kenjutsu that is held by his tail(purely cosmetic) that's wrapped around his waist. Raditz always have on his Saiyan Armor

This ability activates instantly, lasting for one movement, and can be used only twice per battle. Another aspect of the armor is the user can release their chakra into it using it to harden the armor similar to the cannon B rank earth Hardening technique, increasing the defensive powers of the armor to that of A rank earth following the s/w of earth release.

Leg Weights Training

They are also susceptible to damage from techniques and their binding power is of B-Rank physical strength. While bound, the target will face a stead drain of chakra which will make it increasingly difficult to mold chakra for techniques (1st turn, no S-Ranks or above, 2nd turn, no A-Ranks or above, 3rd turn and onwards, no B-Rank or above). Senjutsu chakra or Bijuu chakra cannot be absorbed and will immediately end the technique, making the snakes either crumble into rocks or disintegrate. The chakra drained is lost.

Description: The user will make the Tiger then Snake hand sign and gather an elemental chakra nature. When the user uses any snake ninjutsu, they infuse the elemental chakra into the snakes scales, giving them different properties and extra damage and strength against elemental ninjutsu. The snakes will then go by elemental rank difference in strength and weaknesses. This works on every snake used in snake ninjutsu like using these with multiple hidden snake hands all the snakes scales would change.
Fire - The scales on the snakes will be fiery red when infused with fire chakra. The scales give off fire, making it where if they bind an opponent, they burn the opponent causing 3rd degree burns. The snakes fangs can also give off fire giving them burning properties when they bite down into opponents burning them in the inside of the area where they bite down.
Water - The scales on the snake will be light blue and white when infused with water chakra. When they bind someone, they can have water form from their scales and have the water injected into the opponent, causing irregular breathing to an opponent. The snakes can also have the water form behind them extending their length by 5 feet.
Lightning - The scales on the snake will be black and yellow when infused with lightning chakra. The snakes scale will be constantly giving off electric sparks. When they wrap around opponents, they can all give off an electrical discharge at the same time, shocking the opponent to the point that they can become paralyzed. The snakes can also bite down and give off the discharge inside the opponent's bodies, causing more internal damage like organ failure.
Earth - The scales on the snake will be gray and hard as rocks when infused with earth chakra. The scales are as hard as rocks and allows the snakes to be able to do more blunt damage and cause broken bones and deflect ninja tools. When the snakes wrap around the opponent they can cause broken bones and internal damage.
Wind - The scales on the snake will be light green and have a constant windy breeze come out from their scales. The snakes can give off a sharp blast of wind that can cause deeps cuts on the opponent.

Earth Mastery
Being an S-Class Ninja and being well versed in Earth ninjutsu he is able to perform One handed signs for Earth Ninjutsu.
Wind Specialty
Also Specializing in wind Jutsu, Raditz is able to weave handseals faster than normal when performing Wind Ninjutsu.
Kenjutsu Style
seeing that Raditz specializes in Close Quarters Combat, he is very Proficient with a sword. The particular sword style he is most familiar with is the Two Blade style. With this style Raditz possess a pair of chakra knuckle blades that makes it easier to channel large amounts of chakra through them at a time. So much so that the chakra is visible in a dark blue Hue.
