Gyojin were a group of shinobi who lived near the coast, they were talented water users. Uchiha and Senju destroyed them during clan wars, the survivors took to the waters and created their home there. Some lived, some did not. Because of their common traits with fishies, they have some related things, such as incredible physical strength and speed. Natural protection against bacterial infections, the ability to breath under water and a resistance to D-rank and under water techniques as well as great swimming speed.

They use something called Fishman Karate to fight, basically makes use of the water moisture in the air to create attacks in the form of shock-waves. Sort of Taijutsu based, but not really.

Erm, don't know what to say exactly about the shock-waves to be honest. Uses water moisture in the air, like I said. Being quite tiny in size, most times they're impossible to see without people who don't have some form of Doujutsu or sensing, meaning FIshman Karate appears to look like simple palm thrusts or movements.

Description: While focusing water chakra around the desired hand and performing a karate chop, the user can split a water source out in front of him in order to send a shock wave to attack the enemy. The sheer pressure of the shock wave travelling through the water will cause unstable tides as if it was a water "world shaking", causing the opponent to loose balance.

What if there is no water source in front? I don't quite understand even though I feel like I should. <.<

Also, can I use it to split an incoming water jutsu? If yes what rank?

The technique isn't really the best to use if there is no water source in front of you, or near you.

No I thought both you and your opponent had to be, but that doesn't seem to be the case. It is actually similar to how Jinbei uses it in OP, you don't have to be on the water source to use this techinque. If anything you'd have to be facing the water you want to chop, don't get me wrong getting your opponent on the water would be the best. But the brute force from the shockwave and water can do a decent amount of damage.

I don't believe so, but I will ask Loki.

Description: The user will thrust one palm forward, aiming at a desired body part belonging to the enemy, causing him to be blown back by using the water molecules in the air to release a shock wave. Due to the water molecules being very little in size, only doujutsu is capable of actually seeing the shock wave being created. A regular ninja will think its a simple palm thrust. Once the shock wave connects, it will be difficult for the enemy to breathe normally for one turn, due to the impact. This palm trust is powerful enough propel large summon up to long range.

Probably one of the best techniques in the clan....so far!

Awesome tech, not much to say about it. You perform a forward palm thrust and push such tiny water molecules that the enemy can't even see them (unless with doujutsu like the tech says). The damage it does if something like the heart or lungs are struck would be amazing considering it has enough power to push back a large summoning.

Similar to the last. But of course slightly different, I still like it though.

Similar to the last. But of course slightly different, I still like it though.

Like you said, similar to the previous one but a lot more Taijutsu orientated. Quite a nice jutsu, you could use the darting motion to catch an opponent off guard, and the strike is more powerful than the average kick because of the use of water molecules to create a shock wave upon contact, making it quite a dangerous attack.

I then dart towards him really fast using water molecules to increase my speed. I'd then kick my opponent as he/she is recovering/attempting to recover from the sudden earthquake.
