I want you to gather chakra and then send it into your dominant hand. You'll then manipulate that chakra creating electrical bolts of lightning around your forearm, follow up by jumping into the air and then slam your hand onto the ground as you land, causing the electrical energy to become discharged sending out bolts of lightning into the ground and around you up to 5 meters. Two advantages (no obvious ones, be creative):
1. if you are fighting against multiple opponents and they are standing on a water source. The user needs to make sure that his body does not have any sort of contact with the water source.
2. Can be used if the target is expelling water from their mouth. The user can perform this jutsu, touch the water being expelled out of the targets mouth and release a surge of chakra that would move towards the targets mouths in a few seconds.

Two disadvantages (no obvious ones, be creative):
1. Can only be used if the target is on a water source or is on the ground.
2. The moment the target would see the lightnng bolts forming he would've realized the danger he is in. By the time the user's palm touches the ground, the target would've already thought of a counter and used it before the lightning reached him.

Strategies and combinations:
Can be used along with bringer of darkness
The user can perform the D rank Earth Pillar technique and make a pillar erupt from beneath the target's left leg, lifting it into the air and making the target fall backwards. Once the target is on the ground the user can perform this technique

How you would counter it:
Using Earth shaking palm technique because that is able to create large cracks on the ground. This way the lightning would be unable to travel to the target.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):

Ginjo after filling up the scroll hands it to senpai and walks a little distance (5 meters away from him), and start by gathering raw chakra and molding it into Raiton chakra. He then, concentrates on power and control, channeling chakra to my right hand. Forming bolts of lightning, I slam my palm onto the ground releasing the lightning across the ground and towards the 2 clones, once the lightning surrounds the field upto 5 meters which electrifies your clones as they were within the range.

Yeah i went through the thread once and that was a week ago and i memorized somethings is it wrong ? Well my shisiou said you could go through training threads to get some info and all. :|

Please make up the descriptions yourself and word them how you understand the jutsu to work, not how someone else understands it to work.

Alright so this is the last C-rank technique you will be learning.



I want you to gather some chakra which you will then manipulate and release in front of you whilst holding both of your hands out creating wall of lightning energy that can block certain attacks like taijutsu, weapons etc etc. Should your opponent make contact with the energy wall they would get shocked. I want you to fill the scroll and then perform the technique as my clone heads towards you in a attempt to strike you in close combat.

1. Can prevent from anybody to intrude the users.
2. Also can be used when the opponent is engaging then preforming this tech as they come in contact they are electrified.
3. Doesn't require handseals so its quite a fast jutsu.
Two disadvantages (no obvious ones, be creative):
1. The user can use the Waterfall tech which will rain down towards the opponent who used ligthning wall so the waterfall would go right through the lightning wall and rain down upon the opponen due to the lightning wall in contact with the water fall it gives the opponent a shock as well.

Strategies and combinations:
Preform this jutsu then use Water Style: Water Gun towards the opponents as the water gun jutsu will go through the lightning wall it will become electrified making it deadlier when it hits.
How you would counter it:
Using Wind Release: Powerful Wind Wave to force the ligthning wall away.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):

Once done Ginjo gathers chakra in his stomach once hes gathered enough, he channels it towards his mouth and uses nature manipulation to convert the chakra into Lightning and then use shape manipulation to spread the lightning around while his hands are spreaded out and creates a lightning wall, once your clone attempts to penetrate the wall he gets electrified and before falling towards me, burned he dispersed.

We're starting B-ranks now. I want you to gather lightning chakra and then release it around your body. Just like the C-rank lightning armor the lightning surrounds your entire body but this time I want you to release all of that lightning towards my clone. The powerful bolt of electricity should shock my clone causing it to disappear. This technique is easy to use since it doesn't require hand seals plus you can use from short to long range.
