If it was ever alive at all, then yeah, it's dead. Sasuke couldn't care less about Sakura, and it's much better for him to remain single. That should teach pinky that love cannot be forced onto someone. If he doesn't feel the same way - just let it go.

Too early to tell, but since Naruto will be getting with Hinata, i doubt Sasuke will be with anyone, there's simply no time to cover two love stories (thank god for which).
