Well true the Uchiha wouldn't able to achieve The rinnegan alone without Senju DNA which makes this dojutsu its own form nvm about the Byakugan I was basing on.

Yep, its merely awakened by Indra and Ashura Chakra. If Hahsirama had taken some of Madara's DNA, he would have awakened the Rennigan as well. Even if some random nobody took DNA from Madara and Hashirama, it would probably still allow them to gain Rennigan.

Sasuke and Sakura are not doing their job with only one kid a Girl who would have to convince Her future Husband to change His Name to Uchiha or lose the Uchiha name for ever. Rennigan isn't a Sharingan form.

But the Sharingan came from Kaguya's Sharinnegan, hence the name.

I know, but it's not a Sharingan form. Being a Sharingan form implies the Sharingan is needed for the Rennigan to exist in the user, which isn't the case. Indra and Ashura Chakra is needed, and that means someone like Hashirama could also get Rennigan if he got his hands on Indra's Chakra, despite Hashirama having no Sharingan. It's the reason why Kakashi switched from 1T, 2T, 3T and MS, yet Nagato is unable to switch his Rennigan back to an EMS.

So far, only that it can see a dark chakra.

When Boruto was looking at Denki, he could see the dark chakra around him, but not the chakra points inside Denki's body, so I'm guessing it's abilities are different from a regular Byakugan.
