quick question for everyone, although i feel like i've asked this before and forgot the answer smh. anyway, i have to characters that im having redone for me by Skorm, but i have the original copies and i'd like to RP with them. my question is, do i need to be apart of a village in order to create their bio's and utilize them in the RP threads? i have sent a request to both kiri and iwa and have received no reply. i personally think that each village should have a thread pertaining to if they are accepting members or not, but that's another issue. anyway, if anyone could help me with this issue, it would be greatly appreciated.

*also, could i apply a certain pic to a profile and change it later?*
