[Suggestion] Quote notifications

Yea, threads have probably been made about this already, but screw it.

These quote notifications are pretty annoying, guys. I remember that we had this at another forum in sometime like 2012, and it was removed after like literally a week because lots of people were annoyed by it, and this place is no exception.

Although, I can see that some people like this, so I'm just suggesting that the admins/mods/code monkeys/burger flippers/insurance agents/federal agents can add a 'disable quote notifications' feature.
