[Question] Quote Notification?

Hello. I feel kinda stupid asking this, but where is this Quote Notification? I know its supposed to be in the User CP but I don't see anything related to this when I go there. Is there something I have to do in order to see this? Thanks in advance.

Should pop up as "Who Quoted Me" whenever someone quotes you, without you having to do anything.

You should get a notification now. And it will appear in your user cp.

When someone quotes you, you'll get a notification from your inbox. Then, it'll take you to the User CP. A little menu of people who have quoted you should appear.
