Use Edo Tensei and make those infinite explosions.

Minato's is more diverse or better due to the teleporting to the Kunai where as Tobirama needs to mark the person or the place he wants to teleport.

Well in some way it was better to the extent that Minato was known as the fastest. Less prep time maybe? Anyway, I find it's fun to debate which is better as long as the other side behaves and doesn't get ticked off for no reason. However, that's rare.

I generally think Minato's better since his defense is better and virtually unbeatable. FTG+barrier=OP. Plus, Minato's new jutsu sounds as if it has a strong attack.
