OK, I'm doing this because the last chapter brought up quite a few daughts to everybody. Namely,
1- If a bankai with hollow reiatsu is only dangerous to quincys then why couldn't a arrancar take Ichigo's bankai?
2- If Quincy's destroy hollows and Hollows are poison to Quincys, the how does Ichigo not implode
3- Can the other visard's bankais be stolen?
Answering the first one, yes ichigo's bankai shouldn't be poisonous to that arrancar, but he wasnt using it so we cant know that it was poison, we only know that he couldnt steal it. That medallion is weird from the start IMO, but there is a conection between all the unexplainable stuff that is going on, its what they are calling "shadows". They are used for transportation
Sometimes provide weird limitations
And even hide a whole palace
Now, that new power seems strong enough to take a bankai, and the drawings shows it too
What bugs me the most though, is the fact that the shadows take the form of a person at times, the way it did when it hided quincys from Yanamoto and Asguiaro from Ichigo. If I was to guess which person that power could ultimately come from, I would certaily say
Well, even if it's not him, the power of the madallion comes from the quincys, even if it needs a user to jump start it, its still a quincy power made with quincy reiatsu, not arrancar, and thats why no one will be able to steal Ichigo's bankai.
About the other 2 questions. HELL IF I KNOW, dont even know why I wrote them, but I'll take a guess.
2- The fact that Ichigo's hollow part fused with his shinigami part will be key, it was how Urahara prevented Masaki's soul suicide
