[Question] Quincies not at full strength?

Are the quincies not using their full strength? They still have the perfected form of the Letzt Stil, called the Vollständig where they absorb reshi and gain immense power right? Or can only a select few use it? Like this

Doesn't seem like they're at full power. Bazz-B is having fun and BG9 soloed Soi Fon off-screen. The Shinigamis better learn from Kurotsuchi real quick if they wanna win.

Yep, they aren't at full-strength. In fact, say someone with the letter D or even E using Vollstanding can beat Bankai-Yama.
