WW should be around equal with FKT Ichigo, probably slightly weaker. The form that Quilge fought of Ichigo should be stronger than FKT Ichigo, but he wasn't really equal with him, tho, only problem Quilge had with Ichigo is his speed.

I would go with Quilge 6/10 times.
