I'll be teaching you my Hydro Kick then. I can see you have the necessary rank to use it; I'll assume you also completed training in Suiton up to B-rank. So here goes.

*Takes out a scroll and pass it to you for reading*

(Suiton: Mizu Handou) โ€“ Water Style: Hydro Kick
Type: Supplementary
Rank: B
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 25
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user gathers a large amount of water chakra under any of his feet and release it as a geyser of water to launch himself in any direction, depending on the angle that his feet maintain with the ground. This is basically used to shift in the blink of an eye from short to mid range and vice versa, or from mid to long range and vice versa. When using Hydro Kick, the userโ€™s feet must be in contact with the ground/earth to give appropriate power to the geyser.
Note: Can only be taught by BluePhenix.
Note: Can only be used five times per battles due to the stress it poses on the ankle of the user.

As you can see, this is a pretty simple technique. It's mainly used to switch ranges fast and easy, so it isn't really an offensive technique although you could use the momentum you gain from it to body-slam an opponent. I'll demonstrate.

*Uses Hydro Kick to switch ranges around the training dummy*

I've adjusted the speed so you could see the technique properly. Were you able to?

Good U_U Well, now that you've seen the technique, you have it pretty much figured out. You only need to gather your suiton chakra and concentrate it beneath the feet that you will use to launch yourself. Then you release it as a bursting geyser which will push you away from the ground. The only difficulty in this technique is that it puts much pressure on your feet, so you can't use it infinitely. Also, to determine where you will be launched, you need to adjust the positioning that your feet maintains with the ground. Got it? Now try to practice and perfect it's usage.

*summons a chair and umbrella so that I can comfortably watch you practice*

*I gather my suiton chakra in the area beneath my feat and focus it all on one specific point (on both feet) before releasing the water as a quick burst, almost as if a mini explosion had launched from the soles of my feet and I use that to launch myself from the ground and to the area to the left of me. Of course, I adjust my legs slightly before releasing the water, allowing me to travel in my chosen direction.*

Looks alright for a first try. You just need to improve on gathering your suiton chakra beneath the whole of your feet instead of a single point there, that should make your dash less shaky. Also, launching on both feet is not necessary. It's more like getting set for the launch of a running race. Now try it again.

I see.

*Upon hearing your new instructions, I concentrate my water chakra on the sole of my right foot, and compressing and focusing on that chakra, before releasing it all, in a quick motion, allowing me to almost be 'boosted' out of my current location and into the area directly in front of me but at a slight angle, due to my body positioning and the fact that I've only focused the suiton chakra on my right foot*

It's looking good. Your ankle must be paining a bit right now, but with more practice you should be able to perform this technique up to 5 times per battle without feeling any discomfort.

We're done here, good luck using this in battles! ^_^

*Hands you an award for completing the Hydro Kick training, then disappears in a cloud of smoke.*
