kamui isn't instant at all, kakashi has to first activate his MS, and then gather chakra each and everytime he uses it, and furthermore Deidara already tanked it, so it loses it's 1 shot status. Human path on the other hand is a guaranteed kill if one can execute it. there's no tanking it, and unless you get saved by someone it is instant death

you say kakashi be tired after use it ,you act stupid character as you talk about old kakashi ,but you must talk about current kakashi who used it 6 times before kuama chakra and with using 4 raiki, light chain, earth wall
so akakshi with full chakra can use it at least 10 times without using other jutsu
KA which you talk about can't defend against any attack,can't be used unless one time every decade but kakashi can use kamui 10 times in one fight
human path is short range can't be one shot and easy to anyone to escape from it (nagato won't start fight while he kiss his enemy)

i saw alot of member as you say kakashi can't use kamui more than 2 times ,some of them say kakashi has never improved in his kamui others say if kakashi use kamui more than 2 times he'll die
