[Suggestion] Quicker Access To Smileys

I think there should be a quicker way to access the smileys when you post with the "quick reply" option instead of having to go to advanced options just to acess them.

You can use the posting permissions box to get to the smileys without the need to click the "Go Advanced" button; there is also a bbcode list in the box too. It's located at the bottom of a thread.
