Quick question

I have seen an image float around of boruto sarada and mitsuki. Mitsuki having sage mode, boruto with a cloak and byakugan, and sarada having what appears to be mangekyo sharingan.

I can't post the image, but hopefully I was clear enough (assuming it's real and known).

Is the image I speak of real? As in, released by an official source?

Wonder what ms abilities she'll have... kinda want her to have itachis (since the way he used the was so flawless) but I also want her to be unique.
