What is with those little green block below your awards? Like some say ______ is on a distinguished road and others say something else. And how does one change it?

It's reputation and it has nothing to do with the amount of posts you have, but with the amount of people who thanked your threads or gave your reps by clicking on the green flag :|

The more reps you receive, the more green blocks you will get and the sentence will change when you get new blocks.
