Why did Kakashi not warp Naruto's Fuuton Rasen Shuriken inside the Kamui's dimension so that it landed a clean hit on Obito; severing his body in-half?

There might have been other reasons, such as Rasenshuriken traveling too fast, or the chance that Obito would not teleport his body after learning from his past mistake so the RS wouldn't hit anyway.
And, of course, there's always the 'plot' reason. xd
