If a male and a female had a child, the female had a sharingan and the male didn't.. would the child have a sharingan and would it be a Uchiha.. If so how because the males last name wouldn't be Uchiha.. If you get what I mean.

I think it's just random really. Like any KKG, the Sharingan can be awakened in a child of a user of that KKG, but if only one parent was an Uchiha, it'd probably pretty unlikely for him to awaken the Sharingan

Yes the kid would have the Sharingan and yes they would be an Uchiha, because typically with clans, they have the man take the woman's last name to preserve the Uchiha clan name (If the woman was a born Uchiha and the male wasn't).

Well you need to awaken the sharingan. No women has been shown with a sharingan, which is weird. I have stated before that it may be that the women just don't become shinobi, when they are uchiha due to tradition or whatever, but Sasukes mom is listed as being a Jonin in the databook so that is wrong. So I think it's just impossible for women to awaken the sharingan, which may mean that she doesn't get the DNA for sharingan, which should answer your question.
