Quick Question

I just discovered this amazing role playing thing and i have a quick question and wasn't sure where to ask it. So here goes

Ive been reading fights to get the hang of the RP and I had 2 quick questions.

Every jutsu that is used has a damage and a chakra usage number so my question are;

1. How much Health does a bio/char have? is it dependent on the character or the level of a ninja they are?

2. goes along with the same with 1 but how much chakra does a Character have?

Thanks! sorry if this is in the wrong section this just seemed like the best place. if there is anything you'd recommend i read before i delve into the world of RP please feel free to suggest.
