Quick Question: Can Sasuke Deactivate The Rinnegan?

Can't Sasuke deactivate the Rinnegan in the same way as the Sharingan? I'm confused why he hasn't done it.

As of now, no. When he wanted to conserve chakra, he closed his eye. No reason to close his eye when he can deactivate his Rinnegan.

It seems that way, but it'd make no sense if he couldn't, he had all the prerequisites needed to attain the Rinnegan, and he awakened it naturally like Madara. It wasn't transplanted like Nagato and Obito, where they lacked the ability to deactivate it.

True, but deactivation your Sharingan and reactivating it is just as easy as opening and closing your eye.

It would be odd if he couldn't deactivate it. He'd have to walk around with two different color and differently designed eyes...Lol

But wouldnt it be easier just to close ur eye for a few seconds and then deactivate it and activate it again? He was in the middle of a fight. It would be a nuisance to have one of his eyes closed and the other open, rather then the other option.

I think the Rinnegan isn't toggle-able because, unlike the Sharingan and Byakugan, it doesn't actually change the user's vision.
