He awoke Skeletal version against Gaara.

He awoke Muscled version against Danzo.

He awoke Armored version against Kakashi.

He awoke legged Susanoo (Imperfect...?) in preparation to fight JJ Obito.

And he awoke Perfect Susanoo to envelop Naruto's Kurama avatar, but only used it by itself to fight Madara after he'd been given his Rinnegan by Hagoromo.
