So is it confirmed that his chakra cut down by half when he was split? I see a lot of people saying he was just split into different entities but same power. If so then I refuse to believe that hashirama has full kurama-level chakra. That's just ridiculous

His chakra was indeed split in two, I believe Minato said it himself that he was giving half of the nine tails chakra to Naruto.

Hmm, you know... i dont know.

We didn't see Naruto get stronger with chakra from both sides, but there was clearly more. Think of it like another reservoir of chakra equal to Naruto's side of Kurama, Naruto might get stronger with both but that's not an power up as it is an upgrade, with more chakra to spend he can basically burn hotter for longer conservation goes out the window.

Maybe someone has a super snazy scan that explains it away but this is how I think it goes.

His stamina is not equal to 100% Kurama. Thats outrageous but he does have a huge amount of it. If his stamina was that level he would have never got tired in the Madara fight.

I think you'll see next episode, because Naruto and Minato, both in Bijuu Mode, combine their chakra into a attack.

It's kind of unclear. The Bijuu regenerate, as even with 1% of the hachibi and kyuubi, Obito was able to make a Juubi that could regenerate to full power in less than a day.

I would vote that they have each regenerated to a full 100% kyuubi, albeit made entirely of only Yin or Yang chakra.
