Can he fall under ma and pas genjutsu sense hes probably the best at it after shisui I think. I ask this because the rinnegan felt for it and itachi only had ms even though itachi is something else lol.

Ofc itachi can be put under sound genjutsu he was affected by sound genjutsu when he fought kabuto

Itachi vs Jiraya.

When Itachi got caught by that frog genjutsu he would probably get stabbed by Jiraiya in the end > dead.
But if they actually were to fight I'm sure Kishi would turn Itachi into crow or shits like that.

I didn't think so for the longest time, but after he was captured by Kabuto's sound Genjutsu, I have to say this probably would work on him.

Itachi's ms helps to break visual genjutsu, Not sound genjutsu. So there's no reason why he wouldn't get stuck in it.
