when minato puts his seal on someone can he just choose to teleport part of that person like just their head or legs or abdomen etc (this question applies to inanimate objects to)

okay when he teleports to the seal lets say he's holding someone who also has a seal can he chose to take parts of that person

e.g he puts a seal on hidan then teleports with him back to his safehouse can he choose to just take hidans head with him

I don't think so. But in that case, I think he could just cut off hidans head and take it with him if he really wanted to.
