To everyone else I wonder what Uchiha he plucked it from though. I always pondered that.

Madara awakened rinnegan and then planted them to Nagato.
Edo's are apparently being brought back with their eyes and their powers.Obito has Madara's one eye, Itachi was edoed with his eyes even though Sasuke took his,Nagato the same.I think because edo uses bodies as sacrifices the dojutsu powers of the revived are the same as when they were alive.

What is going on? I can understand people misinterpertating words from the Manga, but not reading like dude. Atleast be caught up. I understand if you forgot. Just go back and read then ask questions for a better understanding.

Ontopic: It was never stated he lost an eye or how he recovered his missing eye. Although, he did give an eye to Nagato. It was unknown of how he retain full sets of eyes when revived back with Edo Tensei.

He just bought them, if you saw in the manga..

When a soul is brought back using Edo Tensei they have all their powers which they possesed when alive.... Madara's rinnegan awakened at the time of his natural death so it can be assumed that his eyes were transplanted shortly after his death. If you remember even Edo Nagato possesed rinnegan even though Obito had taken them from his grave.
