If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.

It indeed was a great and sunny day, but not for obito who was trying to find madara, suddenly he saw an old man who had similar red eyes, it was quite unusual as entire uchiha clan was murdered, having activated sharingan was not a good sign and obito knew it, old man started to talk and asked obito who he was I'm no one and i don't want to be anyone nothing matters to meAnswered obito with famous madara's voice obito weared his mask as always, obito without much talk started fight gathering chakra and using nature transformation changing it into suiton chakra channeling it into mouth and perfoming Ram → Tiger handseals releasing chakra infused water around his target this would make hard for him to move, using this moment as his opponent had hard time to move obito quickly gathered chakra and used nature transformation changing it into suiton chakra once again then he channeled it into his mouth releasing one powerfull sphere of rotating water wich would blast his opponent killing him.

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.

Quickly continuing, he removes a bunch of shuiken from his ninja pouch. Placed in the spaces between the fingers of both hands, Chaikoka slings them with pinpoint accuracy. As they leave his hands, Chaikoka infuses the weapons with fire chakra. The weapons would strike the chest areas of both you and your clone (if he is still alive. If not, all weapons are aimed at yourself). After throwing the weapons, Chaikoka enters short range.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty

Coming out from his roll, Chaikoka watches as his opponent builds up chakra within his body. The quantity and and characteristics were exactly similar to a technique used just a moment ago, leading him to believe the same technique was going to be used.
