How did Kabuto revive Deidara via Edo Tensei? I'm asking because of the process of Deidara blowing himself up with C0.

Here we see converting his entire body into some kind of heart detonation ball thing.

Seems like there would be nothing left of Deidara after exploding like this. Where would Kabuto have gotten some of Deidara's DNA with conditions like these?

I know that, but how could have their been anything left of him after this explosion is what I'm asking. Even strands of hair don't seem like they'd survive and explosion like this. Not to mention all of Deidara's went into that exploding ball.

I mean like 80 strands of hair fall of everyday so idk. Its not like everything of his just disappeared that moment he could of had leftover stuff from anytime

Kabuto must be extremely persistent for Deidara if he's looking for such small traces of Deidara around like that. Mmm. Maybe he found some strands of his hair in the Akatsuki hideout.

Kabuto was Sasori's spy and Deidara was Sasori's partner. I am sure He got a chance to get his DNA. It was probably for Orochimaru's Edo Tensei but after him being gone..He probably used all those DNA in his own ET.

He didn't need to get dna from after his death. Any dna from any point in his life would work.

It's not too far fetched to assume that he somehow acquired Deidara's DNA before his death. Deidara was an infamous ninja at a young age and a wielder of the Bakuton, it would make sense for Oro to want to get his hands on some of his DNA.​

If the process needed DNA then they probably could have just got some from having black zetsu transform into deidara.

Plus, I don't think the technique require the remains.
The user uses a sacrifice, causes the summoned soul to posses the sacrifice, once the subject is possessed then dust and ashes form over the body to give the appearance of the departed.

The battlefield was decimated. How could particles of blood survive such am explosion? That's part of the reason I don't like fillers.

All 3 of these make the most sense. Kabuto's spy days would have let Kabuto have an opportunity to get Deidara's DNA for the reasons 6 paths mentioned and Ronnin mentioned. I forgot about the idea of getting DNA before his death so this is plausible.

Kabuto went to akatsuki's hideout and told pain that the cave they were having meeting in was infected by an alien virus and anyone who attended the meeting was infected even when they were not physically present there (Its alien virus, science logic doesn't apply) So pain got worried and asked everyone to have a check up from kabuto and kabuto took some DNA samples from all of akatsuki member and gave them some of his piss to drink(he told them it is the medicine and that is the reasonwhy it smells and tastes bad, kakuzu found it tasty though )

That is how he got DNA Samples from all of them.
This all happened behind the scenes. Even kishi himself doesn't know about it.
